Horrible cashier named Bianca. Had an awful checkout experience with her and was extremely rude towards me and my partner while trying to figure out how to work the employee discount.

I don't know why they have to make it so difficult just to refill a prescription I've been going there for over four years now they are pushing the app and say I need to know the names of the prescription on my wife account which I never had before

This review is specifically for the hiring managers. please yall should stop posting jobs if you cant take your time to review the resume of applicants. i applied for several jobs in this store since last year but only one department got back to me. i understand that y'all are busy but the people applying are also in need of the job. we have bills to pay. your managers keep taking my name and information telling me " i will check your application and get back to you" but y'all are just LIARS!!! please stop

Such a good and organized place! I always buy everything I need here, and employees are always so pleasant. Ryan was such a helpful cashier, he was so pleasant to me and asked me how my day was. Ugh, such a sweetheart!

Here everything's better. If they don't have what you need, they are happy to order it for you. If you shop in the app, they have curbside pickup. They carry lots of Go Texan products.

I shopped today in H‑E‑B by Grand Pkwy and West Bellfort, MARY in the self check out came up to me saying I needed to spend $20 to use the coupon for the Soda. So I told her that I already scanned 2 items which is $9.77 and $10.28, she then proceeds on making a comment "well it's only $19" and I told her that it's more than $20 (Your prejudiced brain can't even do simple math). So all done no problem. While walking out with my friend who also used a coupon (yes my friend is Asian and no we do not live in the same "HOUSE"). She stopped us before leaving the store and said "Ma'am next time you can only use one coupon per household".

Oh how lame Covid changed things. This usto be a great location. My plan was always to get there nice n early to avoid most of the walk-in traffic later in the day. Not the case anymore. There is no longer a "good time" to shop here. Now, instead of lots of people, there are tons of personal shoppers. ALL of them are inconsiderate. They are either blocking the whole freakin isle while they shop or hanging around flirting with each other. Oh, and when it's not them blocking the isles, it's the stockers. Combined, the staff at this location look at you as if you are in their way. Lovely, just lovely.

The customer service line is ridiculous. Tried to speak to an employee named Katie about getting assistance. She walked to the back pretending like she was going to help, and just stood there chatting with the other works. She was dismissive and not nice. The line up was extremely long and she didn't care to help. First time coming to this HEB and the last.

My mom went today and had trouble lifting my dogs big bag of food. A nice woman named Karen at the 15 items and under check out line helped her. She helped her carry the dog food and even had someone help her get her groceries in the car. It's heartwarming to know that they care so much about their older customers and the customers that need more help.

3.5 stars and $$? Well maybe I lack accurate context in my perspective since I live in the "Tri-State" area of NJ near NYC where prices and cost of living are higher. I'd love to learn what's better bang for the buck around here, because compared to my area, I walk into this place and see newer ShopRite size and selection, but with Whole Foods quality and decor, and excellent service from the staff here. Were there a few specific things that I was looking for but couldn't find? I mean, that's to be expected when ya travel both across the Mason Dixon Line if you will, plus you're traveling to the opposite coast. But to me, for whatever my Northeastern opinion is worth here in the Southwest, this is a really good, clean market with amazing prices and great service.

Started off great when opened but has since gone downhill. Inventory is terrible, rude employees are bringing this store down. Also, staff needs some serious training on how to bag groceries properly. Ive had to start bagging my own since they show disregard of anything getting smashed. I'll be going to different locations from now on.

I normally have the grocery store steam my seafood. I have tried it from several grocery chains and it's always good. Today was my second attempt at this location. First time it was overcooked and I just figured it was a bad day or something. I didn't worry to much about it. I tired again today. I got 2 lobster tails, and two different types of shrimps, with Cajun seasoning. They were prepared terribly! Over cooked to the point it was hard, chewy and rubbery! And over seasoned! All we tasted was pounds of saltiness! I paid $44 for that junk! I brought the food home. Hubby and kids were excited for the meal and it was such a disappointment! My teen son actually washed off the seasoning so he could just sallow it. He's trying to bulk up and chuck it up to - it's protein. Hubby, daughter and I figured something else for dinner. So much for a nice sit down dinner :-(
