The car wash took my $2.50 in quarters and didn't give me a car wash. There are no owners around to assist. The place is a bit run down. Will not be going back. Lost 2.50 in the process.

This car wash is painfully frustrating as it's the only touchless in the area. The automatic one is down AGAIN, screen doesn't even work. And the bays aren't accepting cards again. Honestly just a terrible experience overall

I’d rather risk a night at Diddy’s house before coming back here ? Half of everything is broken here …. Two bays are inoperable. Bay on the far right feels like a shake weight when the water comes out. No soap in the water for soak option. Credit card machine is broken in middle bay and coins are stuck in it. Left bay is flooded and far right vacuum is broken. At least I got my money back after hitting the machine ?

Legit just stole my money. Put in all my quarters. Asked for one more quarter. I put in a dollar bill, and it asks for more money.

Pressure washer works. The brushes are worn out with soap oozing out of the hose connection. Drips all over you. Vaccums do not work. Took my money. Change machine barely works. The spot free rinse and wax is always out and never replenished. I will have to drive farther to find a decent car wash as the owner does not keep up with his business.

Keep checking every two weeks by driving to it but the automatic car wash won't work. The bays are dirty and credit card readers don't work half the time. Wasting a good location by lack of maintenance and service.

First time here and was very disappointed. It seems like ownership doesn't care and does not perform maintenance. It's ashame because self-serve car washes are so much better than automatic ones, and there are so few of these around here.1.) Tried two different vacuums - neither worked. One took my money (in the form of the car wash's own tokens that I had to buy) and didn't start. The other wouldn't even take their own tokens! Kept spitting them out.2.) Went into the bay and the control panel door was wide open. It was prime for credit card skimming. I had to search it to make sure there was no skimmer in it. The reason the door was open was because the timer didn't work, and the only way to see the timer was to look at the one inside. Great idea - leave the door with sensitive electronics open where there is a lot of water rather than fix the timer - shows what kind of idiot is running this place.3.) Sign says they take credit cards but would not take a Mastercard or an Amex. Only took a debit card.4.) The foam brush did not work - there was no foam. It was a continuous stream of blue liquid pouring from it. My hands and clothes were blue by the time I was done.5.) I used the clear coat protectant (wax) at the end. There was nothing but water coming out of it. There was nothing mixed with it.6.) I went to do a spot free rinse. This is usually a high quality (RO or DI) water that has minerals removed so it doesn't leave spots on your vehicle. Nothing came out. I'm guessing the RO/DI system they have is broken and they don't have this water available.7.) Not that I would use it, but the automated car wash bay was out of service.This could be a lucrative business, because there aren't many self-service car washes around. The owner of this facility does not care about maintenance and has a whole bunch of broken equipment. He/she should go in and fix it and could have a very good operation here. If he/she doesn't want to do the maintenance, sell it to someone who cares. I hope somebody opens another one of these nearby, because they'd put this place out of business just by maintaining it.

Maintenance is definitely not a priority. Hoses leak, and you can bet the Vacuum will steal your money half of the time.

Great place to wash your car if you need a brushless wash. I drive 25 minutes to get to wash my car there. My only gripe is that maintenance on the place is spotty at best or neglected at worst. Some of the wash slots need TLC to make them great and some stopped working due to the card reader refusing to take payments. It's a real shame as this place provides a much needed service for the community. But go there to try your luck. It could be a good day for your washing (and your dog washing) needs!

The hose in the first Bay next to the dog wash was definitely leaking. I could not use feel like I was ripped off as you get like 2 minutes for the paid time. It is ridiculous. I will save my money and go somewhere else.
