Most of the stuff is priced at the same exact price as the highest eBay listing for the same piece ... what is the purpose of calling the place goodwill ?

I have some really good furniture that I would like to donate, but they don't offer to pick up which IMO really needs to change. I live really close but can't take to them

Went to drop off a bunch of (really cute) fall decor and misc house decor. The worker kept huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes while we unloaded everything onto the cart. Kept making comments about "why all the workers hate when people do this" ummm ok? And kept telling us how none of it will sell and it will sit on the shelf (not my problem). Just incredibly rude, uncomfortable and unprofessional. If you hate your job that much go get a different one.

Fabulous Goodwill. Super clean and organized. Staff is so nice and helpful. I scored with some great treasures. The store is so much more organized, clean and put together than most good wells. I'm a frequent shopper.

SHOCKING TO SEE THE INCREASE IN PRICES! Books which I would buy for elderly were once one dollar is now priced $3.99. The very people who need donated goods can not afford to support Good Will any longer. This FOR PROFIT organizations has lots it's mission to help needy. Please go to Penny Wise and support and donate to this organizations that help so many low income people. Say NO to Good Will.

I have been coming to this store for the last three years. Management for this store could not be more rude, or prideful. The manager forced my 2 boys to go with her and follow her around the store. I told them to stay put and look at the books who my 10 year old boy often purchases on his own. He evidently is not old enough to be anywhere in goodwill on his own. When the manager asked him where his parents were he said my dad was taking his sisters to try on some clothes and they needed to stay there and wait. The manager then said "nah, this is not daycare" and forced them to go with here for their own safety. Where I approached her about how she spoke to my children and forced them to follow she got very upset and tried to throw me out until she saw someone was recording the situation then she got real nice and turned her sites to them saying they could not record in her store. Great child safety forcing kids to go with a stranger against their parents request. Again my some is 10 not 5. Terrible management on a large power trip. A family store very much against serving families.

I am a regular at many of the local Goodwills and this one has the worst management and customer service. Their pricing is inconsistent. Today I was trying fo buy a sweater. Now, at age 72, I think I know what a sweater is, but the cashier said it was a jacket. I insisted it was a sweater, but she said she didn't have a line item for a sweater in the computer, but right on the rack sign it said "sweaters" $5.99. So, she calls the manager, who says, they don't have sweaters in the computer any longer, so it's a ladies' top, oh no, it's a jacket. A sweater is not a jacket, even their own sign, which was posted 5 feet from the cash register said sweater. Last week, a different manager insisted a men's tshirt was not a tshirt, ????? The other Goodwill locations don't seem to have this issue. And I agree with some other reviewers, the prices at this location are far higher than at other locations.

This is the worst goodwill location I have ever been to. Management refuses to support their store associates in a timely manner. I have seen, on multiple occasions, the manager take 15-25 minutes before they come up to assist the associate or customer with a transaction. This holds up the line since there is usually only one associate checking out and management has never apologized for the wait, but then again why would they since they clearly don't give a sh*t. The associates here are all wonderful and it sucks that their customer service is always dragged down by a manager.

HORRIBLE. Staff is horrible! Especially the manager. My husband and I were the only ones in the store shopping. Both the manager and employee kept watching us the whole entire time. When we went to the front to pay for two shirts the manager told me that each shirt will be $20. $20?? She was maliciously telling me each shirt was way overpriced so I wouldn't buy them. Not sure what the motive was but I will never be coming back. Would love to speak the a higher up manager

This location has horrid prices. It seems that their pricing department goes on online and price matches as best they can, with no regard for brand, condition, age etc. Toys- high! Electronics- high! Used board games- high! Dvds- high! Used shoes- high! The only things that are cheaper would be the things they have trouble finding online like furniture etc.. Sad part! I've seen similar consoles at the Family Dollar for less...
