I when to the store for protein the brand the lady recommended had a orange tag on the bar code making it 10 dollars lower from 59.99 to 49.99 and when I asked the lady about it she said it was a mistake and I said well all of this flavor has the same orange tag and she wouldn’t honor it

terrible experience in this particular store. I went into the store to asking for the GNC whey ripped protein with the thermogenic. I was told they have no such product. I walked to the back shelf where the protein is and they had a entire wall if GNC whey ripped protein. Then i asked if I can use my points to use toward my purchase and I was told I can only use my points online.

Do not purchase from GNC online. Warning if you need to return or exchange you cannot return to your closet store location. I was unable to return a subscription of vitamins I received in the mail in the store. I was told to go to another store before I asked will I experience the same issue. I had to continue questioning the process to confirm if going to another GNC will take my return. Please update your return labels and train staff on handling these issues. You must go to a GNC retail because your local is most likely a franchise and will not accept your return. To return via mail the cost to ship is placed on the consumer. GNC, has lost me as a customer.

I purchased a container of preworkout from the GNC in Fulshear. It didn’t work for me so I decided to return it. I brought it to this store because it’s closer and after several attempts to process the return I was told they couldn’t do it because this store and the Fulshear store have different owners and I would need to take it back to Fulshear. When I tried to return it at the Fulshear store the next day I was told it had already been returned to the Richmond store so I would need to go back there to get it straightened out. I just left the Richmond store where I was told that there us nothing they can do because they show it was already returned. I still have the item and was never refunded for the alleged “return”. At this point I’m open to a refund or exchange for a different product but the store was not willing to provide either option. I would definitely stay away from this location if you can!!

I usually don't go into here anymore. My wife's gotten into fitness and we were able to find a couple of things. The guy at the counter knew his supplements too. Very friendly and courteous.

I came here last month and the young girl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really wish I remember her name, but I'll definitely remember her when I see her. She looked no older than maybe 16, she had a youngish face. But, when asked (after she reassured us she wasn't offened by the question), she said she was 19. My husband and I were both surprised and highly impressed. She was very personable and explained everything patiently so we could understand. She made a lot of jokes to ease us as she could tell we were just nervous and felt out of place. We told her our wants and needs and she set up with a bit of a starter kit for our weight loss journey. Together, we've lost 37 pounds thanks to her. I'll definitely be going back once our suppliments run out.

I came here today and I was excited to tell my gf about a close GNC location but there was this creepy girl who was staring at me for the longest when I turned around without offering me help. She later condescendingly told me I should know about a particular product that I was getting (for the first time) just cause she saw me at same aisle once before. Felt rushed and uncomfortable and we're probably not going back to that location.
