Do not purchase from GNC online. Warning if you need to return or exchange you cannot return to your closet store location. I was unable to return a subscription of vitamins I received in the mail in the store. I was told to go to another store before I asked will I experience the same issue. I had to continue questioning the process to confirm if going to another GNC will take my return. Please update your return labels and train staff on handling these issues. You must go to a GNC retail because your local is most likely a franchise and will not accept your return. To return via mail the cost to ship is placed on the consumer. GNC, has lost me as a customer.

Rachel the manager at this location is amazing,very knowledgeable customer oriented and super nice knows customer's needs and very welcoming definitely deserves a 5 star.

Jumping back on the "get healthy" wagon so my first stop for a good protein shake was GNC. Matthew helped me out and took t9me to answer all of my questions. Great service, great experience. I will be back.

Today, I walked into GNC was not greeted nor acknowledged! However, the cashier was very helpful to a white male customer. She was so helpful and attentive to him that he was the one to tell her that he'll look around and she could go help me. Retrospective, I should have walked out but I really wanted the item. I will never return to this location. Apparently, black customer aren't welcomed! This occurred 6/16/20 at 6:33 pm consultant Cristen.

I tried to return an online order to this particular store and apparently their systems are down for online returns. Called customer service before I drove there just to confirm I could do so. Seems like online customer service and the local stores lack communication between the two. So much for customer service. This is a new location and I was excited to see a local GNC pop-up. No thanks, I'll stay away from local GNC stores.

Convenient location. Always a friendly greeting. Never the same person when I return. Only once they did not have the probiotic I buy. Last week had a great deal, but 2 get one free, plus had email coupon I got to use. I've tried other probiotics and their brand is the only one that works for me. Been buying it for years. Only thing it's pricey.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Every time I come in the woman working there has given me her full attention and was very willing to not only educate me on products, but on health and nutrition in general. This is one of the few GNCs I've been to with staff that can actually explain to me what products do and how they work biologically. On top of that they almost always have some kind of sale going on and a great selection on their clearance rack! Will definitely be a returning customer.

Several bad trips to this one...today they wouldn't let me use a coupon and my rewards points in the same transaction, which isn't right.m...they said their manager told them not to let people do that so they made me choose either the discount or use my points. They also don't always accept my GNC coupons that GNC emails me because they are a ‘family owned' store and not corporate so they don't accept all of them... My advice, go to the GNC store off of Mason Rd and Westheimer Parkway (it's not too far from this Bella Terra one). They are also family owned, but they will always accept any GNC promotional coupon and you can use gift cards and points in the same transaction...also, always stocked with better variety and very easy to get along with

First visit today. Had the item I needed. Looked clean and well kept. Very friendly and nice salesperson. Helpful with getting a receipt after register didn't give me one.
