My first time coming to this place which seemed nice and quiet BUT when I tell you guys I been robbed, I’ve been robbed! I’m 30…plus years old and been doing my nails by professional techs since I was young(er).. and NEVER had I paid so much for something so simple. I didn’t want to cause a scene…knowing myself, I would have went completely left..so here I am venting….$114 with a “10% discount” bringing my total to $104… and then.. I tipped, yes.. I know…stupid.. but I tipped $6.00. Wow.. I’m seriously upset and disappointed in those folks there. This amount is for my coffin, medium length ombré with gold flake trims.. a set worth no more than MAYBE 60 bucks!! Lord Jesus!!

Horrible customer service and don’t keep to appt times. Kay has a bad attitude and doesn’t greet her customers.

Worse customer service dont ever go there. There is better salon around the corner then them.!!! They are mean dont support them and the lady is not the owner she is a pathetic liar

Had been seeing Kay/Tim for years, loved their service, however made appt. but wasn’t told salon and Kaye/Tim were no longer there. Had refills done and technician was very careless when shaping nails, several times rubbed skin along with nails. Since Kay/Tim are not there will not return.Services: Pedicure

Kay is the most ugliest attitude RUDEST person ever. She talks to people crazy. It’s only her that does nails and she will rush you out. When a girl/women goes out to spend money on nails we expect to relax and get pampered not sit there and feel bad vibes or tension. I will not be returning. Hope I can save anyone from a bad experience.

Not quite sure why this place has so many great reviews. Went in today with my boyfriend and this place is absolutely disgusting. First let’s start with the cob webs everywhere. It looks like this place hasn’t been cleaned or dusted in months. There was a huge dust bunny under the waiting area chair. There was used nails all over the floor and under a majority of the nail stations. This place is not sanitary. Do not use this place. We fled and left to another shop. Not to mention our appointment was for 330 and no one was ready to complete our service. I’m not surprised this place isn't that busy.

Absolutely rude and dismissive! I walked in tonight just needing to get my set taken off real quick and some lady said to me you need to leave I don’t have the time to take your nails off I have customer in front of me! I walked out and I said no wonder you don’t have any business!

Had my eyebrows done yesterday. Very disappointed. The lady that did my eyebrows messed up, one eyebrow is thinner than the other one. Do not recommend this place. Attached a picture of my eyebrows.

Always an amazing job Kay & Tim is so sweet and attentive. I recommend asking for her she'll take good care of you. . The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. (NA) is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. He does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.
