Rude heartless people that just care about money and not the well being of children.

I have had a great experience with this daycare. They have worked with me and I really feel like they care for my children.

My baby loves gingerbread! All the teachers in the infant room are fantastic! They are so kind and caring, and never hesitate to ask questions or bring up something they noticed about my baby (which is so helpful and lets me know they pay close attention to her and her needs). I know I can count on them to make sure my baby is happy and safe during the day. I can’t speak for the other levels but if you have a baby that needs daycare this is a great place!

I give this place a 2 instead of a 1 because when I desperately looking for daycare the they took my 10 month old right away. But with that being said. We had the worst experience. My son would be starving and thirsty when we got home would go through two cups of water. We loved 2 of his teachers and that was it. The other ones would barely say a word when I picked him up or dropped him off. They had my 14 month old with small babies instead of putting him with the appropriate age group. They kept telling me for weeks they were going to move him. They are terrible at communicating with the parents or at least me I had little to know communication. The owners are very rude. My child goes to a new daycare and has been so happy since and doesn’t come home starving or thirsty. Hope this helps a desperate parent make a better decision.

These people are crooks who are refusing to provide a refund for services not received. The owner hung up in my face when questioned about the refund.

This place is just unethical. They have an agreement to provide Afterschool care at a local elementary school. The problem is they would rather charge more money to go onsite to their facility. In years past, we enrolled our children during meet the teacher orientation. However, this year they quit taking registrations on august 5th only because they wanted to increase their onsite numbers. I feel if you have an exclusive agreement with the school, you should cater to the school, not you’re business. You’re being handed customers from the school, you don’t need marketing or anything else.

Didn’t have the best experience for after school. We had an auto draft for an entire month when the pandemic first began and were informed that at least two weeks would be credited back. I followed up with the director because we never received anything and no response. Wouldn’t recommend. We paid for services not received due to them no longer offering the services at the time and no refund / credit given.

The lack of communication and organization will definitely make you question this centers competency and ability to provide adequate care for children. The owner is not only rude she's disrespectful too. The fact of the matter is when you are incapable of being a good leader it shows. 10 out of 10 I DO NOT recommend. I wish I didn't have to leave a star at all.

Extremely upset! This guy pulls an entire month out at once then makes an executive decision not to refund you any of your money after having being forced to change school zones where they do not offer after hours care while losing your home during financial crisis to Covid. Bad karma!

I am usually not one to leave bad reviews but as a mom I feel like you should be aware of where you are thinking about sending your child. You start your first week off wonderful, and think they higher cost of the school is worth it! You will get pictures and sweet messages all day, however that soon stops.- They called at least once a week for us to watch our three month old, because she was “not acting herself” once we got her home she would not have a fever and would be acting fine.- On top of having to watch her during the week when they called us to pick her up, they then shut down for seven business days due to COVID. As an essential worker, this is what finally made us have to find a new day care.- Management is very rude, and unprofessional. Since COVID is taking place you have to wait at the door for the teacher to bring you your child (which is completely understandable). While I was waiting about ten minutes one day the owner and manager were standing outside gossiping about a person. Never once was I approached or asked if they could go check on my child they continued to speak until my daughter was brought out to me. Once they saw her they told us to have a good day.- They don’t seem to help teach your child anything either, my child manage to grow a bald spot on the back of her head while attending this school. These are just a few things that happen in the month we were there. We now attend a new daycare in the area, and they are as sweet as ever. All the teachers know my daughter in a matter of a week of her going there, and the owner and teachers always have something nice to say about her when I pick her up! Just take the time to look for a place that not only makes you happy, but will make your sweet baby happy! Hope this helps!

Make sure you ask them about their security deposit requirements in DETAIL!! The so called director is still yet to reply my email. He also isnt available when you call and never gives you a call back. Also my kid was always constipated while at gingerbread. They prob weren't giving him enough water during the day, he would come home thirsty and hungry!! 1wk into a new daycare and he isnt constipated anymore!!No complaints on his teachers. They taught well but with the overall experience I had with the management of this daycare I wouldn't go back. And would not recommend.Good thing a new daycare is opening up next door. With a little competition they would treat clients better.

My son was expelled from two different preschools by the time he was four. I was so stressed and feeling lost about his issues. I toured several day cares/montessori schools and gave every place a full disclosure of the issues my son was having. When I met with Mr. Tim, he was the first person to show us compassion and empathy. He agreed to do an observation of my son to assess if this was a child his school could take on. After the observation, he confidently told me "we can work with him.," which put my stressed heart at ease. From then on my son has been flourishing. He loves his teachers, loves his friends and everyday he looks forward to daycare. I wish I could say his behavior has improved 100%, but every day is a challenge for him and for us. However, at GKA, their staff is so understanding, caring, compassionate and they truly make a difference in his life. When I decided to enroll my son in a preschool program for kids with disabilities in our local school district to help bridge him into kindergarten, Mr. Tim attended the IEP meeting with me. I had no idea what I was doing, or what to expect, and I would have been completely lost had it not been for him. He is the true definition of an exceptional early childhood educator and you can feel the warmth in him and his school the minute you walk in the door. I owe this school so much and am forever grateful for how much they have done for my son. They are wonderful.

The director is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever met. While I was there the staff was rude to each other and the children and most of the time they were not even paying attention to the children. Also the so called "director" is hardly even there. I could go on and on about the MANY bad things I saw while going to this daycare but there is not enough time in the day.
