This place is MUCH better than what i experienced with other Toyota dealers in the north. I came for Toyota care maintenance, get guided, welcomed, check in is quick, friendly. They have free coffee bar, kids playroom, a large neat waiting lobby, and 2 fish aquarium tanks that my kid likes very much. Service is great, mine was done about 25 mins from in and out, paperwork is smooth. The restroom is very clean, renovated. I get the quality of service expected. No complaints

Horrible employee especially the individual named Hao "Tuan" Du today. I was looking for a coupon for the oil change which he suggested and his attitude changed completely when I wasted 3 minute of his precious time to find a coupon. His attitude is incompetent and disrespectful. After 3 minutes, Tuan left for another customer and just left me standing outside. Ignored me the rest of the time after I went inside. When I ask him a question, he ignored me and did not even look at me in the eye to answer my question. Management has been incompetent for years and always ask for you to call them when you give them horrible review but to no avail nothing ever changes. Definitely will report to Toyota head quarters. I'm flabbergasted on how this dealership keeps on getting away with horrible service and fake reviews.

New 2023 Sienna is suppose to to come with two key fobs but I only got one. Was told the second key fob could take up to 90 days but " don't worry, we will follow up with you & let you know when it comes in". Going on 8 months now, not once did they follow up. Amazingly, they have key fobs in stock for purchase ( so they can make a profit selling them) yet somehow, they don't have the second key fob I paid for almost 8 months ago. What kind of BS is that? You can do better than this Sterling McCall.

Beware before you go here. Called parts department to order new bolts for skid plate and parts department told to come up there and without having to drop vehicle off they could take a quick look and know what size bolts to order. I get up there and where you pull in for service looked like a circus going on with no leaders. I was told to pull all the way up and was greeted by an employee asking me if he could help so I explained why I was there and he basically just walked off then later another employee came up and started asking questions, I explained why I was there and told him that I was already talking with the other employee and he stated he's only a porter-long story short I left and will not return until they get there stuff right. Lots of chaos.

In short, I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and 45 minutes.And that's only because I took a little time to test drive the Vehicle.I was grateful to work with Sunday, his manager Patrick and Eric from financing.The experience was for lack of a better word, clean.No overbearing upselling, no aggressive tactics, just simple and straightforward yes or no and done.I bought a Highlander and will be buying a Grand Highlander here soon too.I am not just happy with the purchase, I am grateful for the experience and the time respected by everyone at the dealership.On a final note, I was even thanked by the GM, Martin, who was very happy for myself and my purchase.Recommended 10/10!

Invoice #1013894 10/4/23.WARNING TO MANUAL TOYOTA OWNERS: Brought my truck in for a 10k oil change, when asking Jerrell Cassim what kind of oil they are putting in my 22' Tacoma Sport 6spd, the answers went from a dumfounded look of I don't know to "hold on let me check" and then "Pennzoil". I requested that I wanted Mobile, he said its Pennzoil only. He's a service advisor except well; he isn't doing much advising. Caught a mechanic in passing and he mentioned they put pennzoil for the included ToyotaCare and after when you have to start paying for the93$ oil changes they'll put Mobile but he can "change the hoses for me" and put mobile. Simple truth would have been appreciated. Complete Smoke and Mirrors! You shouldn't leave a dealership not knowing what kind of service and quality of product they used on your vehicle, period.It gets worse– saw the mechanics standing around asking who drives a stick shift with hand gesturing. They ended up stalling the vehicle twice throughout the service as I stood and watched. Careful with your MANUAL Supra, GR86, or any variant of Tacoma in a manual transmission here; they are inept at handling your vehicle!LEVEL UP.

The service department is terrible. I brought my car here to get the fuel injectors replaced for the second time in less than 6 months. Both times I’ve been called and told that the car is ready just to arrive and they say “we’re still working on it “. Caesar was our rep the first time I spoke directly with him and he apologized and said he thought it was ready and offered to detail the car which took additional time but was nice .The second time the manager Mike simply just apologized and said he can’t explain what is happening. I just had the car appraised so he said that’s maybe why but still no excuse for who I speaking with to tell me the car was ready. Seems like they are not communicating or simply just wasting my time and gas . I will make sure I no longer continue to do business with this dealership. Terrible experience .

Good experience with the service guys here. Had to get a back brake plate replaced due to some vandalism on the car. Estimated time was accurate, appointment time was honored and staff were friendly. I am overall pleased with the experience and will return if I need more work done.

Because of the car accident, I bought two cars here in a short period of time. I can only say that Jalil gave me and my family a very good experience! He was polite and patient. Although our English was not very good, he was still willing to help us answer various questions. We really like him and the service experience he brought to us. Everyone should go to him to buy a car! Highly recommended :)

The staff were very polite & accommodating to my needs. When it was going to take a bit longer than expected to get the job done, they provided a courtesy car for me to use. Customer Service is wonderful there! Every one spoke when they passed by, were concerned with my comfort, even asked if they could bring me a cup of coffee. I do appreciate the value they put on their customers! Thank you

Randy was great to work with, negotiated everything over the phone since it was a 2.5 hour drive for me. The body shop did amazing to restore the hood, and I was in and out when I made the trip to pick up my car. Top notch service!

Great location. Sales team will go above and beyond to get you in the ride of your dreams, even if it means showing up on their day off. Friendly and professional and the facility was immaculately clean! 10 stars if possible!!!
