Mr Tariq Jilani was wonderful, good help with full respect, but the technician are irresponsible, after getting back the car, on my way back, I checked my tire pressure, it was 32psi instead of 36, that means the mechanic did not even check, now how could i trust that he checked all the other required points and even may be he did not even changed my engine oil, I dont have any Guage to measure all of these.

Did not have a great experience getting my car battery replaced here, took 4 hours and they caused me a big hassle due to something that could have been avoided with little effort on their part. I expected it to be super busy when I got here since they couldn’t communicate efficiently/answer my repeat calls but it’s completely empty. Just got in my car and the tire light is on but it wasn’t when my car was dropped off. Instead of them just doing a simple tire check I had to request it. Idk just not the level of service I expect. And now a few hours later I’ve discovered that the power windows on the passenger side are not working and need to be reset after the battery replacement

Dear Customers,
I had a bad experience while dealing with this dealership. Not only me, I saw a lot of customers having post business problems with the GM and the subordinates. They are very rude, and will rob you legally so that you won’t be able to sue them back.
Choose other dealerships in the Sugar Land and avoid this if you don’t want to be suffered.

I needed an oil change and I received a free oil change coupon from Sterling McCall Fort Bend. I scheduled an appointment for noon the following day. Before arriving I called and asked how long does an oil change typically take because I didn’t want to wait 2-3 hours to which I was told no more than an hour. I ended up waiting 3 hours was charged $34. If I knew this “free” oil change was only $20 cheaper than a normal oil change, I would’ve went somewhere else and just paid full price for faster service instead of wasting my time.
Edit: Took my car to another mechanic shortly after this and discovered they didn't even put the required amount of oil in after they changed it. It was low and needed about a quart of oil. Complete waste of money and time.

Service department staff are friendly and generally pretty fast. There’s always plenty of employees around to help. Tariq is a hospitality dream. Professional, courteous and an absolute gentleman. Also, if you get window chips as often as I do, ask for Ed and he’ll take care of your windshield before you even get a chance to go inside and sample the generous selection of free coffee. Good employees are hard to find, treat them well!

Do not go to this dealership. The staff, The managers are not professionals at all. I have a fleet of over 180 Toyota Cars and I took mine in for paint recalls back in July. They told me they are not touching it for next 2 months. I went back today by request from Toyota Brand Engagement Center to drop the car off and when I got there. Was told by Mr. Joe Rosaliz that they can not do anything for the next 2 months. I told him that I was told by Toyota Brand Management center to come back and he said they don't know anything. My shop is backed up for 2 months or more so nothing can be done. I said this is the same story you gave me in July and he said don't know what else to tell you. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership.
