Thanks to Moses and Novia. They were upfront and honest with me throughout the process… Novia has kept an open line of communication, making my purchase seamless. I love my vehicle, everything rides and looks very nice (BMW X6). They also, recommended the best extended warranty company to me.Thanks again!

Moses (the owner?) was very pleasurable to work with; the absolute antithesis of the stereotypical used car salesman. The cars on the lot were diverse, but skewed a little bit to the premium/luxury side. I only looked at one in great detail and ultimately didn't buy it. With that said, this was hands down my most pleasant dealership experience and that's why I decided to write a review.

I had bought a car from this guy back in 2018/2019.... It gave me sooo much hell keep in mind that is around the time hurricane Harvey hit so yea he sold me a flood car !! I had ask him before buying have any the vehicles been in the flood he assured me they weren't. 2 months later is when it started ruining hot and when I called and told him "you sold me a damn flood car"! He said "can you prove it"? PLEASE DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!! I'm so surprised that dealership is still open .

I was impressed with the owner and his inventory. Honesty in this business is rare. My friend missed buying here but I will go back if I need one

My story is as follows:Found the Jeep on Autotrader and got in contact with Moses. Did the process of getting the loan and talked with him to get the PO done for submission to process the loan. Got the loan funded, and called him on the phone to go over the details of the process of acquiring the Jeep. He contacted RBFCU and talked to someone in the lending department and got the steps he needed to do and he kept expressing concern on he would get the check. After he got all the details about what to do, he let the lady from RBFCU go, then immediately after started talking about doing things that were contrary to what she had stated, i.e. doing up a new PO showing RBFCU on the PO. I informed him that she stated since we was in the state of TX, that was not necessary. He then stated to me that I would need to come up with a 1K "deposit" to take the car off the market...??? I told him "no, absolutely not." I questioned what he was talking about...he had the PO showing the amount that was funded by RBFCU and that was a done deal. He then started talking about that the deposit was a "good faith" payment and that it would pay for the title/registration/etc. I told him, good faith? what good faith, he had a FUNDED loan instruction sheet and that the deal was literally done from RBFCU's side and all I should have to do it come down, sign and drive off. He balked a little and tried to come at it from another angle saying he would get a new PO and all the paperwork together that I needed to sign, send it to me, I would sign and then mail it back to him. Once he got the paperwork, he would then send in the White slip (title info) and then once he got the check from RBFCU, then I could come get the Jeep. I went back to look at the reviews (which I truthfully failed to do prior---lesson learned) and seeing the trend, I immediately started asking about getting out from underneath this before any further actions took place. I chatted with someone at RBFCU and was given instructions that I needed to get this dealer/owner to fill out a backout letter. When I texted Moses this info, he replied back that he did not understand and called me. I explained the situation and he not agreeable to do this...stating he did not get any money from RBFCU, so there was nothing he needed to do. I just needed to contact my bank to tell them I was cancelling it. I again explained that I had talked to my bank and this was what was required. He then stated again, he was not going to do it cause he had never had to do this in the past. He told me to get someone at the bank to tell him what needed to be done and he would do it.I called RBFCU consumer lending, explained the situation and they contacted him via phone and he came up with excuses on why he couldn't do this letter.

The most satisfying experience at a car dealership. The owner was very honest and upfront about the cars he has on the lot. Worked a great deal, and we drove away with the car we wanted. I'm letting all my people know about his car dealership.

I honestly never leave bad reviews.. Came in for a simple cash deal on a 2011 VW Jetta. Vehicle looked nothing like it was as advertised. The car itself was in okay shape, regardless I still considered actually buying the vehicle right then and there. I didn't like when Moses (the owner) didn't mention any of the things I found that was wrong with the car. On the interior the sunglass holder was broken. Passenger rear view mirror also broken, HUGE dent on the B pillar, LF wheel well trim was completely broken with a cable just hanging inside of it. It seemed as if it was some type of sensor. Alright so now for the "service". Before I showed up I had already spoken with him on the phone regarding a test drive and when the time comes to actually take it out, the car is filthy. Only after I test drove the car did he send someone to clean the car. At this point I'm feeling a little sketched out. He claims someone will fix the car right then and there. At this point I don't even want the car anymore. Not even joking when I say he cussed me out because I was "wasting his time". Worst dealership I've ever seen. Office was filthy. Salesman was way too pushy. DO NOT COME HERE!!!This place is a complete scam. (just look at all the other one stars)

I bought a truck from them, they offered me a great deal and in-house financed. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for a car or a truck.

I don’t even want to leave one star. we bought 2 cars same day, Audi and Cadillac. The Audi made it about an hour and a half and died then the Cadillac did same thing 2 days later. They won’t return my calls so my daughter took hers back down there because has a huge oil leak and they told her they were too busy. This is ridiculous I have 17 yr old twin daughters and have to worry bout them getting stranded. This place needs be shut down

Looked around for awhile but was never greeted by a salesperson. Although there was someone working on a car in front of office. Nice cars but no service!

Okay let's get started, Moses, the owner of this dealership is a complete liar and con artist. I had been trying to buy the black 2009 m3 coupe off his lot for a week. The first time I came and test drove the car, Moses told me when I came back I could take the car to a mechanic before purchasing. When I returned today after driving 200 miles, he told me we had to agree on a price before I could take the car to a mechanic. Which was not what we discussed prior. Mind you this vehicle was about 4-5k overpriced, lots of wear and tear, missing Original wheels, literal cigarette ash in the car and so many more red flags. I literally had 25k cash in hand and he wouldn't budge from 27,500k when I know the market value for the car is 22-23. Basically he wouldn't let me take the car to a mechanic because he knew stuff was wrong with it and he would have to lower the price. Basically what I'm saying is absolutely do not buy the 2009 black m3 coupe off his lot, it for sure has issues. Also, I'm trying to warn everyone to never buy a single car from this dealership because you will absolutely get screwed. Tried to take a chance on this place but should've listened to prior reviews. STAY AWAY FROM FORT BEND TRUCKS AND CARS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I went all the way from Magnolia Texas to fort bend to go look at a black Cadillac, that was priced at $8,9999. I had a $4,000 down payment which meant that they would only have to finance $5,999. Moses took me on a test drive the car drove good and I told him I wanted it, but by the time that they finished inflating the prices the car was over $15,000. I guess by me being a woman a woman of color they thought I was extremely stupid. Then Moses is going to stand there and tell me this is the price of them doing the in-house financing that it was going to be $11,999 added to the tag. When he did not know I know that he was only supposed to be financing $5,999. On top of that they have payments at almost $500 a month and this is after I was going to put a $4,000 down payment. They tried to charge me $2,000 for tax title and license not knowing that I've already did the research on about how much the tax title and license would be. They inflated the prices by $6,000 I was amazed at the lies that Moses and the other finance guy told me they thought I was stupid enough to sign the papers for a Cadillac that had over 140,000 MI with $4,000 down payment and $500 a month payments so when dealing with this car lot please be aware that they are inflating numbers and are trying to scam you beyond anything that anyone is noticing just because they're doing in-house financing. I recommend do not go to this car lot they are liars and cheaters especially if you're a woman

We are from out of state and bought a car yesterday and it broke down within four hours of purchase. Can’t get anyone to call back and we’re stranded overnight. I will post everywhere like it’s my job. Things happen, but the fact that we can’t get anyone to call back and can’t even leave a voicemail (mailbox is full, shocker) is the most concerning issue. Don’t want it to happen to anyone else.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I drove over to this place. First he says it full serviced but the oil was black. He advertised a Laramie, but it was a lone star. Huge difference. But the kicker was the $850 he tried to slip in for fees. Steer clear of this place.
