Moses and Nolvia are amazing. I recently purchased an Audi A4 and Moses guided me through the whole way. I fully recommend them. 10 out of 10. The process was not long and they made sure I was taken care of which is very rare with car dealerships. If you're looking for a car, please pay them a visit. Prices are amazing. 5 stars all around the board. On top of that, they're truly amazing people.

Please remember the following text:
"When we went to buy my dad a car at Fort Bend Cars and Trucks in Richmond, TX, it was a great place for used cars and trucks. We drove into the lot and saw the car we were looking for. Moses, the owner, came out and greeted us, and let us test drive the car. He was so gracious and warm. We left with buying that car because Moses was an honest guy."

Nolvia and Mr. Bennis we’re amazing. They were great and very helpful with our financial situation. They are both also very good at customer service & communication. Go ask for either one of them when you buy your next vehicle.

Thanks to Moses and Novia. They were upfront and honest with me throughout the process… Novia has kept an open line of communication, making my purchase seamless. I love my vehicle, everything rides and looks very nice (BMW X6). They also, recommended the best extended warranty company to me.Thanks again!

I don't recommend that dealer, it's a scam, they sell you a car and don't tell you what they have, and they charge you too much, they charge you 2,500 dollars just to have it until you pay for it, and they also charge you 2,500 dollars in taxes, and the oil doesn't change anything. They don't even give you a service for the first time, they give it to you the car just as it is, that place is very bad, don't go, I don't recommend it, don't go, better go somewhere else, it's better

Moses (the owner?) was very pleasurable to work with; the absolute antithesis of the stereotypical used car salesman. The cars on the lot were diverse, but skewed a little bit to the premium/luxury side. I only looked at one in great detail and ultimately didn't buy it. With that said, this was hands down my most pleasant dealership experience and that's why I decided to write a review.

I had bought a car from this guy back in 2018/2019.... It gave me sooo much hell keep in mind that is around the time hurricane Harvey hit so yea he sold me a flood car !! I had ask him before buying have any the vehicles been in the flood he assured me they weren't. 2 months later is when it started ruining hot and when I called and told him "you sold me a damn flood car"! He said "can you prove it"? PLEASE DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!! I'm so surprised that dealership is still open .

I was impressed with the owner and his inventory. Honesty in this business is rare. My friend missed buying here but I will go back if I need one

My story is as follows:Found the Jeep on Autotrader and got in contact with Moses. Did the process of getting the loan and talked with him to get the PO done for submission to process the loan. Got the loan funded, and called him on the phone to go over the details of the process of acquiring the Jeep. He contacted RBFCU and talked to someone in the lending department and got the steps he needed to do and he kept expressing concern on he would get the check. After he got all the details about what to do, he let the lady from RBFCU go, then immediately after started talking about doing things that were contrary to what she had stated, i.e. doing up a new PO showing RBFCU on the PO. I informed him that she stated since we was in the state of TX, that was not necessary. He then stated to me that I would need to come up with a 1K "deposit" to take the car off the market...??? I told him "no, absolutely not." I questioned what he was talking about...he had the PO showing the amount that was funded by RBFCU and that was a done deal. He then started talking about that the deposit was a "good faith" payment and that it would pay for the title/registration/etc. I told him, good faith? what good faith, he had a FUNDED loan instruction sheet and that the deal was literally done from RBFCU's side and all I should have to do it come down, sign and drive off. He balked a little and tried to come at it from another angle saying he would get a new PO and all the paperwork together that I needed to sign, send it to me, I would sign and then mail it back to him. Once he got the paperwork, he would then send in the White slip (title info) and then once he got the check from RBFCU, then I could come get the Jeep. I went back to look at the reviews (which I truthfully failed to do prior---lesson learned) and seeing the trend, I immediately started asking about getting out from underneath this before any further actions took place. I chatted with someone at RBFCU and was given instructions that I needed to get this dealer/owner to fill out a backout letter. When I texted Moses this info, he replied back that he did not understand and called me. I explained the situation and he not agreeable to do this...stating he did not get any money from RBFCU, so there was nothing he needed to do. I just needed to contact my bank to tell them I was cancelling it. I again explained that I had talked to my bank and this was what was required. He then stated again, he was not going to do it cause he had never had to do this in the past. He told me to get someone at the bank to tell him what needed to be done and he would do it.I called RBFCU consumer lending, explained the situation and they contacted him via phone and he came up with excuses on why he couldn't do this letter.
