Customers find it a nice place to get a small gift and enjoy looking around at the variety of products that will entertain them. The store provides useful services, like making holes for earrings. While most items are very affordable, a noted downside is that there often does not seem to be enough staff, with only one person sometimes running the entire store. Despite this, many find it a great retail option that is way better than a typical dollar store, especially for kids' needs, and prefer it for its durable and fun products.
Today I went to grab a few last-minute gifts for Christmas with my infant, who was not in a good mood. Once I got to the checkout, Michael immediately greeted me and helped me check out seeing how my hands were full. He was intuitive and friendly. I appreciated his customer service

Staff not that knowledgeable, nor kind. Best customer service will come from the young black girl with colourful locs or the middle aged black woman with short hair. Good product variety, though, & at least the store is clean.
