I wholeheartedly love Ally and her team. Alex and Joe are super amazing as well. They have been so kind and helpful. They are the best!!! For someone to leave an awful and nasty review about her character, speaks volumes about yours. Be kind ! It is easy. They are always smiling and greeting everyone that walks in.
Please, support your local mom and pop shops like Dandy Liquor. They are truly amazing and kind people.

This review has been a LONG time coming. They’re our local liquor store that is not a big box store, locally owned and most of all, convenient and the customer service is superb! Super friendly, helpful, gracious, etc. But the reason for this long deserved review today, is because in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, with no power, NO AC in this heat and humidity, to serve their community, they are not only open, but just as friendly and gracious as always. And yes, with limited options for gas, food, and other essentials, booze is not really an essential like those others. But we all know, after what we’ve gone through and still going through, it definitely helps! Paying a little extra compared to the big box stores is always worth it for the convenience and great customer service and dedication to the community!

Not a giant big store but have the essentials and always quick in and out no waiting in line for 30 mins. Also even after a hurricane they are still open taking cash and tap to pay card and have soda juice and cigs if you looking

4/8/24 - Young lady that must be the owner is speaking with a white gentleman, all laughs and giggles. I stepped out of my vehicle and approached the doors but couldn't tell if it was open or closed. The young lady looks at me and says 4 minutes. No, hello, no good evening, no hello sir, she just says, "You got 4 minutes, we are about to close." I can't tell if she is an owner, but the tone she used gave off that she runs the place. I go inside. There's no power. I grab what i need and about pay to leave. At the same time, another customer pulls up a white lady, and she greets her with respect. Yes, ma'am, all that respectful mannerism and tells her they will be closing in 5 minutes. She completely code switched on who she felt deserved respect and deserved professionalism. It's unfortunate, I've come to this place for years, and not even the cashier speaks to customers this way.
Dear ma'am, please don't code switch on customers based on their appearance. Money is green, so that should be the only color you see. I hope you reflect that your way of speaking to people reflects on your views of people based on their skin color. Sadly, we are both of the same tone, but you clearly choose to cater to different shades in different ways.

Absolutely terrible. There was a Charles Krug bottle of wine for $21.99. The man rang it up and said it was $34.99 because it said Napa Valley on it. Hello, idiot - the whole vineyard is in Napa Valley. &21.99 is the correct price but that's okay - I can give someone who has good customer service my business!
