Always available when I need an appointment. They help me with any medical issue I have & refer me to specialist if they need to . I’ve been sent for X/Ray MRI . I cannot say anything negative about the staff , always helpful.His PA is there if you cannot see him & I am just as happy with her.There are 4 in my family & we all use this primary care .I highly recommend .The wait is never long .The office also does screening for COVID-19They will meet you by your car in the parking lot in a designated area .

Been a patient for 5 yrs. Initiallly would have given 5 stars for Dr. Pirzada, but when he is not he one not being seen and you see anyone else at the clinic the following happens thus 1 star. And it wasn't this bad initally it just continually has gotten worse.Charges patients and insurance for services they do not provide to patients.Is unable to process referrals correctly, when needed, thus leaving patients with additional medical bills, which they shrig off as "not their fault."Does not maintain accurate health records of patients, or review health record of patients including family history or being aware if patient has had recent surgery even though Pirzada makes the referral that resulted in surgery, there is no note of it in patients medical chart, even when Pirzada and staff are made aware/ told. This results in limited accuracy of o diagnosis, providing other possibly needed referrals and testing, and overall decreases the continuity of care.Additionally, changes prescriptions (from brand to generic) without informing patients of the need or reason for changing the prescription. Does not submit prescriptions to pharamcist when expected.

I love the way Dr. Pirzada takes his time to listen, assess and address my concerns! He has lots of patience, he is very knowledgeable and is very understanding. Great features for a great doctor! The entire staff is kind and welcoming and the office manager is outstanding and very helpful!

Doctor is okay...but most of staff is terrible.Update: once again the same. Good doctor, terrible nurses. This time I've given too many chances. I've reported the nurses. Tgey better get professional again.

We scheduled an appointment and just a couple of days prior to our appointment we get a phone call that will be seen by a PA and that we will have to wait another month to see Dr. Pirzada.

You will wait forever give yourself 2.5-3 hours to visit this doctor. Doctor is nice, can’t say the same for those that work for him.

Not sure why these reviews are so bad. I had a medical issue and they worked me in same day to run tests. I was able to get an appointment the following day to go over the tests with the NP. She was great. All of the staff is very welcoming and kind with a smile and asks how you are doing (and not just as a formality). This office really impressed me with the issue I was dealing with. The reviews on Google made me hesitant as I had not been there in a while, but my experience was polar opposite to some of these awful remarks. I would recommend this office to anyone. I am proud to call this my doctor. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Thank you to the staff and doctor/NP!!!

Very Very rude office staff. I went in for an annual checkup, first visit.. they were so rude, telling me how if I ask the doctor about my diagnosis of hypertension, I will have to pay $200. the money was not really the issue, it's the manner and the rudeness that did it for me. I left

Tried booking several times online and always ended up with an appointment with his NP. She is terrible!! So, it you want to see him you can wait weeks or, as I did, find another doctor!!

The doctor is great but not worth having to deal with the horrible staff. I work from 6:00am to 7:00 pm so my wife rescheduled my appointment to an earlier date because I started experiencing a lower stomach pain. Well when rescheduling the front office did not keep my original appointment for annual blood work attached. So the office told me after getting there I would need to do a phone consultation. I informed them I’m there for blood work, how can you do that over the phone?They said all they see is a pain, so I explained. Then the lady, manager, who was only concerned about COVID and telling me how people lie on the sheet and give her staff COVID, was rude and said I’m a grown man I can make my own appointments, that my wife shouldn’t have to, and That’s the reason for the confusion. Yet they told my wife I needed to fast.All I kept asking was for them to please do my blood work, then I remembered why I left this place before. They were not even interested in trying to find a solution but very argumentative.I do not recommend this place.

I do not recommend this place at all. The front desk lady is rude. They never answer the phone and mess it up your appointment because no even take note when you call. Wasting time with this people

I will not recommend to anyone. Their staff is so bad, they will not answer the call or return their call even in week days. It has been months that I am trying to make an appointment for my husband but no luck. I wish I could reach the doctor directly so I can tell him what his staff is doing with him. Really ?

I switched my PCP to Pirzada after looking at the so many good reviews. I have been calling almost everyday for last 2 weeks to make an appointment but the operator tells me to hang up and call another time because there's no one to answer. I left a message for medical assistant to call me but I haven't received any call and it's been a week now. I decided to make an appointment online through zocdoc which was also canceled. They should have an option where we can wait on the line for the front desk rather than operator telling us to hang up and call another time which I did more than 20 times.
