Had a reservation for a minivan for spring break, they call me an hour before pickup time to tell me they don't have any vans. I called the customer service number to find another van at another location but they would not honor my reservation price they wanted almost $500 more than the original price. After hours on the phone looking for a van, I found one at budget at bush intercontinental airport. Such an inconvenience and they didn't care. It's crazy how they can ruin someone's trip like this I will never use this company again.

We have used this location for our rental needs twice in the past 10 months. Great service. Friendly staff. Both vans we used were clean and in great shape. Will definitely keep using them for our rental needs.

I had a great experience today everyone spoke and were very attentive to not only just me but to everyone who came and went. It was busy due to spring break but they took care of everyone so nicely. I just want to say thank you to Gwen and Sadie who took their time to help and assist me to make sure I had everything I needed. Customer service is everything and you all exceeded my expectations. Thank you all again.

OMG SADIE IS AWESOME!!! Her personality her spirit her customer service!!! I work in healthcare and customer service is everything… she’s such a sweetheart… I ask if she could help me everytime … I will definitely rent from her location again!! Terrible service with new management. They gave my rental to someone else that for sure didn’t have a reservation because I got stuck on traffic, without no even calling me. I had reserved in advance because it was doe a business trip. They offered me a mini van instead of a intermediate. Don’t rent from them

They get MINUS RATING for their bad customer service and FALSE CLAIM on insurance. have been renting at this location ever since they opened and recently the staff has been horrible. They filed a false complaint of a windshield crack against my insurance without informing me about the incident. The Manager -Shawn (worst customer service) told me we didnt see the need to call you since we had your insurance information. So disgusting. When I returned the vehicle there was no crack on the windshield. NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION EVER.

The service is terrible, they couldn’t care less .. I never got what I wanted at that location and always had to compromise to something less than. Oh and they NEVER answer the phone, EVER, there is NO WAY to communicate with them
