Their customer service is terrible. I bought a hdmi splitter and it wasn't was I was looking for. I wanted to return it and they want to charge me a restocking fee. There is nothing on the website about a 25% restocking fee for returns. I've also have emailed them 3 times for the instructions to return the item and they still have not sent them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!It’s a scam! They use your phone number to start sending advertising right away. The product I ordered was refunded and when I called them, they answered in Pakistan somewhere and told me the item was damaged while being packaged and they don’t know when stock will be in again.Total BS!

Been waiting since April 13th for my $400 order, Its already came to me contacting Amazon pay and having them refund my money because i haven't received any tracking, Or items. Communication is horrible and when i finally got a response it was after amazon had to contact them and they said "Its been delivered and my neighbor may of picked it up" Lol what a joke. The post office has no record of it being delivered. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Hope they get shut down ASAP! Thank god amazon is helping me get my money back! SCAM ARTIST!

I took a shot with Electroeshop and ordered my GoXLR through them because it was out of stock everywhere else and their website showed 3 in stock. I then received an email the next day saying they didn't have it in stock, so I replied saying I wanted it cancelled. Then I got a reply saying it shipped and it would take up to 14 business days, so I asked for a tracking #. I didn't get a tracking # and it's been beyond 14 business days so here I am writing this review. I understand you're a new store, but shouldn't that mean you're going above and beyond to prove that you deserve to be up against Amazon, Best Buy, etc.? A Tracking # to me is a basic necessity especially with items over $500, but now I have to wait another day or so before I report to Amazon Pay that I haven't received my item.

After I placed my order, I received 4 emails stating I had missed out on the order (even though payment had gone through and I had received an order confirmation). I immediately emailed the company asking if my order went through. No response. Over the next couple days, I called, tweeted, and sent a Facebook message with no response. Finally, 4-5 days later, I received an email that my order had gone through. When the item finally arrived, the box was in a plastic-type envelope (return address: Amazon) and was partially crushed. Thankfully, the item was not damaged and worked just fine. The entire process was frustrating, even though it turned out ok. Would I order from this company again? No.

I was worried this site was scam; price was way better than other places. I got my must fast and cheaply. The emails were a little amateurish, which makes me nervous. But everything worked out great!

The kit was received promptly and its content was as advertised. Had to cut the M4 screws to the proper length. I wish the selection of M4 included an in-between length.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS! I purchased a $300.00 sound system on May 9, 2020. It arrived on May 17, 2020 in non-working order, with several electronic problems. I called them the very next day on May 18, 2020, and have been given the runaround and lied to numerous times ever since. I have sent a total of 7 emails and called their number countless times, which normally plays the message, "not able to accept calls at this time" (seriously?) to try to get them to send me a working system. All they do is pass tieback and say that they are bringing my problem to the attention of whoever. Lies, lies, lies. Save your money and shop somewhere else. If I could post zero stars, I would. I don't think they even deserve on star.

Ordered the base for AMD core processor heat sink. Electroeshop.com took the extra measure to confirm their part on hand with my order, that was great. That step took a couple extra days, but I'd rather they took that special care, than end up with the wrong part. Fixed in less than a week. Good job.
