We aren’t apart of this community yet but Ivan made it feel like we were! He definitely goes above and beyond to make you feel as though what you’re looking for is his first priority and that your needs are met. I really enjoyed the wonderful tour and information he gave us! Thank you Ivan!! P.S. area where apartment is located is beautiful!

Leasing office is super friendly very time we are in need they go above and beyond especially when we bring my dog Maverick they treat him like their own. He loves having out with the leasing staff especially Ivan because he gets rewarded by him for being good 10/10 recommend echelon on 99!!

It’s fine but the houses and places are kind of dirty. For example, the gym (the one where there’s blue balls.) it’s kind of dirty but it’s ok?. And there’s spider webs.

Locked ? my keys in the car and was unable to get into my apartment. Luckily, the AMAZING staff was there to immediately assist me with my self inflicted disaster ?. They were so pleasant and willing to accommodate me.I just wanted to say...THANK YOU!This is a GREAT community!

I have been very happy with my move to Echelon on 99! Everyone in the leasing office was so helpful and so friendly! The move in process was so very quick and easy thanks to Loronzo! Morgan, the manager, made me feel so welcomed and really cares about this place and the residents. Her and her team plan all sorts of fun community events each month. Whenever I have needed maintenance help, they also have been really quick to resolve the issue and have been extra helpful. Darian, the service manager, has been very gracious to help me out, even with little things, such as when I cut my finger and needed a band aid! He rushed over to help me so I've experienced maintenance going the extra mile for residents. The luxury pool is beautiful and clean. I also love how pet friendly this community is. My dogs are very happy here. The location is great and there are a ton of good restaurants and tons of shopping very close by. I would highly recommend this apartment complex, not just because of the amenities and location, but especially because of the time and care the leasing office puts in to everything they do. I feel truly welcomed and happy as a resident here!

Just signed a lease, really nice property and close to a bunch of things so it’s pretty convenient. Paperwork wasn’t too bad and the building isn’t hard to get to. Overall pretty sweet.

Great place to live. Echelon even host events like Ice-cream social, swimming classes, pool party, pizza party, movie night, etc. The place is very clean and so is the fitness rooms.

I drive past this complex every day and am astonished at the disgusting nature of the trash bins! You guys charge an outrageous amount just to have the trash overflowing so bad that it makes the complex look like a cheap, run down place that cost $10 to rent. It is a shame and I feels so bad for the residents. I saw a review about a roache issue and he said management's response was "they come from outside " and that's true, why? because management does not take care of the property as it should. Poor management is what will RUIN any establishment and you should be ashamed you are charging those residents as much as you are just forthem to have trash blowing into their yards. And I can provide pictures of this foolishness! You can't deal with the real cause of the roaches? Says ALOT about how they "take care" of thir resident's.
