Came to get my flat tire fixed. They told me it wasn't repairable and paid $340 for one tire. They lost the MINI cap on the tire and after waiting for almost an hour they told me to go home. They called me the following day to tell me they had found it. When I came back to pick it up I had to wait for almost 30 mins again. Go somewhere else:

Great set of team members at this location. During peak times it can get backed up. Despite that, this location makes it a priority to get you in and out in a reasonable time.

They broke my trunk right storage while replacing my spare tire. Their technician threw the spare tire which i am pretty sure. They dont even have the courtesy to tell and apologize. They hide the broken piece and thought i wouldnt know. Very bad and unethical practice. Never going to discount tire and wont recommend anyone either.

Thankful to the Amazing Team at this store . I had a large nail in my tire . They were able to fix it in a short time and even stayed later than their closing time. And surprised to find there was no Charge. Thank you so so much you totally made my Day . Would totally recommend this store .

During my visit at Discount Tire - Grand Parkway - Richmond, TX, I received excellent customer service and had an easy breezy experience.I knew exactly what I needed and they delivered. Erin, guided me in the right direction and I am highly satisfied. He led the process and Beau and Justin were great and swift on service, and went through their process and following up on tire rotation and maintenance.I walked in with no wait and was provided a variety of options other than what I was looking for, which was nice. They ensured my purchased was backed with great customer reviews, maintenance, and highly recommended options.Overall 5 stars! I will be back for maintenance and future tire purchases.

Great Service!Fast and helpful. After new tires were put on they made some road noise, but they re-rotated them for me, and a supervisor, (who’s name I didn’t catch) drove it afterwards and made sure the problem was fixed. Thank you for your help!

They give a price of $1340 to replace the 4 tires. Set an app for next day.. I arrive next day and they did not honor the quote from the day before.. This is a way to get people there and abuse the customers.. A total scam.. JUST BE CAREFUL WITH THEM

Always very busy but the service is always excellent. The staff is efficient and does everything they can to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. Setting up an appointment online makes the process go quicker but there is still a wait.

These guys are great! I’ve had two punctures. They repaired both, balanced my wheels, reset my tire pressure gauges and rotated my tires…all for free since I bought my (reasonably priced) tires from them. To top it off, they were very nice and friendly on every visit. They’ve got a lifetime customer in me.

I can't give lower than one star. Just moved to the area, needed a tire air and tread check (probably need new tires soon). 1st timer I went the line was very long, dismissed it probably bad timing during lunch hour on a week day. 2nd time I went, week day lunch hour again. Only one car there, I pull up behind him and after 10 mins no one has even come out to help the 1st car yet, I had to leave after 12 mins because I had to get back to work. 3rd time I went Saturday morning, I got there 10 mins before they opened, one car already waiting. I don't count the 10 mins I waited before they opened, but I did wait until 8:12AM, up to 12 mins after they opened and still no one had come out to help. There are now 5 cars sitting in line waiting. Meanwhile there were 5-6 guys standing around the shop waiting for cars. Maybe they aren't assigned to the tire pressure "station", but this is the epitome of "not my job", as the line keeps growing. I got fed up and left at 8:12 and will no longer be going to this location despite it being less than 10 mins from my home. These last two experiences also make me think that's probably why the line was so long the first time I went there. I will go another location to get new tires, that I suspect I will need soon.

Employees are always friendly and honest. Thought I needed a new tire because I found a screw in one. The employee removed the screw and performed a leak test. He stated the screw didn't actually puncture the tire; it was just lodged between the tread grooves. He could have easily said I needed a new tire! It was a relief!! I also love that they provide a tire pressure check for zero charge! I haven't compared prices of tires but their customer service is #1!

Very disappointed with Jonathan and his customer service.I called ahead and asked for the price to dispose of rims and tires. I told them some still had rims. They told me $3 each. Went there and stood in line for 45 minutes for them to tell me that it would be $20 to remove the rims from the tires plus $3 dispossable fee. Why couldn't they tell me that over the phone? I was going to Richmond recycle center to get rid of other things, and they only charge $10 per tire w/rim. There was no need to waste my time there. Jonathan was very rude in all this. An apology would've suffice, but he said it wasn't his problem since he wasn't the one I had talked to. Disappointed with Discount Tire, up until this I had a great experience. Lines are starting to get longer too, seems like they need to hire more people. A 5 minute wait and I wouldn't have minded, but 45 minutes for that rude customer service?

Why tell people to set an appointment if the vechical is still going to sit in the parking lot for over a hour? I just needed a nail out of my tire removed. I get there and the gentleman stated it will be atleast an hour before my truck could get in the bay. When I asked why, because I had a appointment I was told they are over booked and over loaded. Apparently people are here at this location til 7-730. Even though they close at 6. Why even have appointments past 5pm? Might save on labor and help stick your accutal closing time. I would say to hire more technicians but I am sitting here watching these guys work at the top level of efficiency. As a director of operations myself. I would say management has fail this location at keeping a responsible time. You need to retrain your operations people. Call me if you need help!
