The worst service I have ever received from staff all the way around. They claim they treat you like family, very confusing considering they do not want to service animals the proper way . I was turned away from this place because I wanted better service for my dogs. Julie Woods, the receptionist, is very rude and does not care about animals. I learned that the hard way. Her boss Jason Phillips, will automatically take her side. The conflict of interest is overwhelming. My dogs were prescribed antibiotics that did not work well so he was somewhat poisoned by antibiotics, my other dog was turned away after I paid for blood work so he could get neutered. Jason and Julie did not seem to care, wanting me to go to another clinic. I'm still waiting for my dog's paperwork so they can be seen by a different vet. Jason who made that decision did not want to service my animals after I asked questions about the treatment from his staff. I would not recommend this place if you really do love your pets please consider taking them to people that care for them.

My dogs love Dr Dietz and his staff! They truly care about your pet. Dr Dietz is very patient and spends time with your animal and needs. We highly recommend them for your fur baby.

I've had a great experience here. My dog broke her toe and I was able to get an appointment quickly without a referral.
The team has taken great care of her. Matt is the absolute best. He makes sure I understand everything they're doing and treats Shroot (my dog) the way he would his own.
