I would not recommend this complex. The parking is horrible. I live in the front building and have to park at the back fence of the complex to find a spot to park.My apartment has been infested with roaches since I moved in, and the complex has yet to do anything about it. I have had pest control come 4 times and still have a roach problem. I asked for a new dishwasher (I believe this is where they are coming from) and that was denied. I had new traps placed and still a ton of roaches infesting my unit.I asked to terminate the lease due to living conditions and they are making me pay to break the lease.But they just wanted me to transfer units.Unacceptable living conditions, parking blows. Rent may be “cheap” but they add on extra fees. $15 package delivery fee, for what? I paid for delivery when I bought a package, and that company delivers the package. Not sure what this “fee” is for.I have had packages stolen from my door step.I would not live at this complex again or recommend it.

I have been suffering from a cockroach problem since my first day in this apartment. It is not worth this amount of expensive rent. When I told them about the cockroach problem, they did not do anything serious about it. Cockroaches are everywhere in the apartment. I have a small child who is one year old, and I am afraid that he will eat them or enter in his body. Honestly, it is the worst experience I have had in a residential complex. Do not waste your money

This is a great apartment to live in. The leasing staff are nice to talk to. The facilities are new and convenient. The repair service is super fast and polite. Additionally, the schools nearby are top rated public schools.

Moved here couple of months back . It was great to be part of this community. Sonara from leasing team was responsible and helped quickly on my rental application. We love this place because of its amenities and location .

In tower 1 we have been without elevator for more than 45 days, I am an elderly lady and I rent my apartment in tower 2 because I was informed that the elevators were working normally, I understand that there are failures but 45 days is too long to fix an elevator that is necessary to upload our shopping, moving and most importantly a mobility emergency that prevents us from using the stairs. I send emails but absolutely no one responds and when we go to the offices to ask for an explanation they tell us that they have already ordered the Spare parts for elevator and that we have to keep waiting, so in the United States, first world power, there are no spare parts for elevators and we have been 45 days without elevator and counting. Thank goodness we don't live on a remote island. The printer in the Sync office has not been working for more than 2 months due to lack of maintenance, I guess there is no one to maintain printers in this country either. Strangers enter the pool without any control, the hallways of the apartments nobody cleans them every day more dirty and stained and we all pay for garbage collection at our doors but nobody uses this service and we prefer to take the garbage personally to the garbage room to avoid even more dirt in the hallways, again thefts in the cars because they removed the surveillance people park in prohibited places and the maintenance guys do nothing about it or report this situation.

The office staff at Cyan Cinco Ranch Apartments was phenomenal.They were easy to get in contact with, and willing to help. The community is beautiful and well kept.

The staff in the office were friendly, warm and welcoming. The amenties are amazing, the apartment complex is quiet and well kept. Cyan was one of the top places I was considering moving into, but after my visit I am more than sure this is the one!

I found these apartments online 25th of Aug and was super excited to come look at them the very next day.I was welcomed by the guy with nails, i forgot his name but he's very feminine. I asked him about the specials, he said there was none . I was confused because online showed lease by 8/30 and get one month free. He said really? He's not heard anything about that. But he'll reach out to his manager and confirm and get back to me.He left me and attended to other people who were just walking in for about 15 minutes. New people kept coming in, he finally told them he had a tour so they needed to wait. He took me to the unit, mentioned there's an elevator in every building, then he headed back to the office (he was in a rush because of the people waiting) in my head i was like i guess the tours over. So i said oh i guess we don't need to look at the other facilities.We were parked right in front of the office with everyone looking at us and he says if you want us to go see the other amenities we could. I thought it was a tour? isn't that supposed to be part of it? I said no, it's fine. i told him I'm interested in the unit, he should confirm the special and let me know by end of day please. I'd lease immediately if it were the case. He told me he would and i should please give him a rating about my experience that he'll check on me to remind me if i rated him. Well guess what he did, got several emsils and text to rate the apartment but till today what i never got? An answer about the one month off special. I really wanted to move here but that experience and his focus on reviews instead of actually satisfying my concerns made me feel this may not be the place for me. Oh by the way one of the people waIting at the office was a new tenant he said he moved in 5 days ago and the elevators were broken so there's no way to get his things up to his apartment and the leasing office weren't helpful. So redflag.

I recently moved into Cyan and have been very happy. They had multiple floor plans available within my needs and price range. Sonora was very helpful throughout the process. She was very prompt and friendly even when I had a ton of questions. The staff is always cleaning the property and the pool area. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Living in this apartment complex has been an incredible experience! Sonora is incredibly helpful and friendly, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained.I know they just changed management and I read some complaints, but to be fair they're trying hard to understand and adjust and I believe it's a matter of time till we see the fruits of their hard work.

Let me just say this whole touring and move in experience has been awesome. Sonora was great throughout this whole time and I am looking forward to living here! Even though our move in date was scheduled on a Sunday, they gave us thorough instructions on how to access everything and made sure we had all the information we needed to have a successfully set up.

Very sad to see the concerns of the management. we had a tour and had shortlisted to shift to 3BED 3BATH- We mentioned that via mail n calls but there wasn't any update n concerns over it. Moreover being a first time renter at Houston as well as at US....we don't have any credit history and this was the only property to instead ask for a guarantor that too with the salary of more than 5 times of rent value. No other apartment had mentioned such requirements. Just because of this reason and the management's no concern to provide alternative solution could shift to a finalized apartment. Property seems to be good but management needs to gear up for customer service for sure!!
