The CVS pharmacy at 6900 Grand Mission Blvd. is the best pharmacy I have used in my life. Everyone from the front staff to the pharmacy staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well-stocked. I know these people have been through a lot because of the pandemic and staffing issues everyone is dealing with. This pharmacy and the people in it have somehow managed to maintain their grace, dignity, and humanity. I highly recommend when you're there to say hi to pharmacy technician Amy. That wonderful person has remembered my name by sight since the 2nd time she took care of me and calls me by name as soon as she sees my in the window. Amazing.

We just had Michael, the pharmacist, giving us the Covid vaccine to my mother in law. Michael was courteous and explained everything to us. The store is clean and well maintained.

First time at Grand Mission location for OTC products. Not knowing what i was looking for, Jaymini offered great customer experience by offering help. Guided me and walked me to specific isle of products that was stored. Once finished, she helped checked out my items. Extremely knowledgeble and informative of what i needed and concern. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and it was always horrible. Everytime things always took over 30 minutes. But lately I believe there has been a staff change because I am in and out with no problem. So please keep that up and thanks to the new pharmacist who seems to be moving things along!
