I chose to request a delivery for BP medication to avoid the long wait at this pharmacy. I made a payment online and delivery date was supposed to be 3 days after the order was placed. Now after 7 days I do not have it. I called the pharmacy and some individual sounded so nonchalant to the fact that I will run out of medication the next day and may not receive my prescription before then. His exact words “ I have told you usps said they will deliver today what else do you want me to do?” So much for customer care.

So far worst CVS Pharmacy. Last week went inside and had to wait 45 min just to get sudafed. Today I was in line before they closed, and waited patiently as they took their time waiting on the people in front of me. As I drive up to the window for my turn after waiting10mins, the lady closed the window.They should have helped me. I wish there was something less than one star.

These pharmacy people are the WORLD SLOWEST turtles...taking on average 20 minutes or more per customer. Very often their system is just conveniently down or your meds wont be available at promised time. Laziness at its peak!

This is worse location . Unprofessional and un responsive pharmacy store and not understanding for important of medicines to patientsSuper super slow . I was in driveway for 70 minutes for 3 rd car on lineWhen my turn come at 6:10 on Saturdaythey close window and when I go inside said we closed come tomorrow when I said it only 1 antibiotic prescriptions and ready by last hour and I was in line of driveway last 70 minutes and 3rd card but your people took 30 minutes for 1 car results I late for your negligence and now you not giving me emergency medication but they said we closed and computer close at 6:10 even all people working insideI advise don’t go this location if you have value for your time .

I wanted to say THANK U to Whitney and the lady at the front desk. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. She had black- really cute glasses on, and was soo patient and kind helping me with my coupon issue. I had stopped coming to this cvs bc of the customer service, but I'll be coming back bc of them. I had just been doing online orders. But they were SO KIND. thank u again!

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy. I was in line before they closed, and waited patiently as they took their time waiting on the people in front of me. As I drive up to the window for my turn after waiting10mins, the lady closed the window in my face. How unprofessional. As I told the manager on duty, while she made excuses for them, it was not my fault they are extremely slow. They should have helped me. I wish there was something less than one star.

Terrible service. I am now waiting 20 min past my vaccination appointment while there are no customers waiting and the staff is chit chatting. Very strange.

This pharmacy runs extremely slow, and it seems that there is a lack of communication and efficiency. I came in for a vaccination and was told by one pharm tech to sit in the chairs and wait for someone to assist me and administer the shot. I waited 30 minutes before checking how much longer it would be, to which the pharmacist asked the same pharm tech if I had checked in and how would she know I was there if I had not checked in when I had already interacted with one of the staff. Waited 40 minutes for a single shot that took one minute, overall poor service and lack of empathy. Do not recommend.

Pharmacy staff are EXTREMELY SLOW ??SUPER INEFFICIENT in dealing with pharmacy customers. Stopped doing drive-thru. Inside counter is also the same.

Worst place for getting your passport photos. Unexperienced staff, old systems, no respect to customer data privacy.Once pharmacy staff didn't mix the antibiotic and gave us the suspension powder.

The pharmacy techs in this CVS pharmacy are incompetent. The guy at the pickup station did not know the right questions to ask to pull your records and after given all information, can’t even pronounce your medication. Asked some additional questions and was told to go to the drop off window for my answers. Got there and the pharmacy tech lady that attended to me will not even let me explain my needs and kept trying to complete my sentences wrongly without trying to listen. Told her twice to please allow me to explain myself cos she’s wrongly assuming my needs and then she caught an attitude. I immediately requested for the pharmacist instead who was patient enough to help me with my questions. Told her to train her staffs appropriately on customer service and she stated she would talk to her staff. Not a good experience at all
