Everyone in the pharmacy is wonderful, especially the doctor, they are very helpful, and those who work in the pharmacy are wonderful, including Marwa in the reception department, who is very wonderful. Thank you very much.

Whew just fire the whole pharmacy team at this point. My experience was HORRIBLE they are slow, rude, and not helpful at all. It took them 15 mins to hand me a covid test out the window, stating that I didn't upload my insurance when I clearly did. Not to mention didn't tell me what to do or how to do it, just slammed the thing back in and walked away. This neighborhood is too nice to deal with these nasty attitudes.

The pharmacy is a nightmare,Staff is clueless, slow and after 2h wait, let me know there don't have the medication ....Not so good staff and the CVS system is outdated, how the inventory system didn't catch that????Overall a bad experience.To much to asq a billion $ companies to have a inventory linked to the prescription???I try to get this medication from Sunday, but there close at 5pm then Monday is labor day so there don't work, and finally Tuesday realized there don't have the medicine?!?!?!?You guys work in the health industry you know try to help ppl and save life, but feel like there schedule is more important...than the patient.... well congratulations I will never shop with CVS ever again.You guys shud be in shame.That probably why you planing to close 900 store the next 3 years...you won't be missed.Is pretty simple you sell a service, you don't provide the service you don't get pay !!!Is not rocket science....And on top of that this kind of job requires care, compassion and hard work is not just for a paycheck is a duty.So the all close early on weekends and close on holiday is a pure insult to your profession.

The pharmacy is bad! They are always short on staff and nothing gets done on time. You can tell they are always overwhelmed and are in bad mode.

Such TERRIBLE job. Gave 3 tries and all they fail terribly. One time they did a mistake that I could legally sue them extremely since I have evidence. Pathetic

The only reason I use this cvs is because of convenience to my house and because Walgreens down the street is not within my insurance network. Other wise I would go somewhere in a heart beat. They take forever to attend customers. They want to do everything but they don't have the people. One person does both the front and the drive thru.. so person goes back and forth. Pharmacist can not help because she doing medicine and flu shots and covid shots, etc. Get the people needed to cover the busy pharmacy and it would be a better experience..??

Took passport photos. It took a couple of minutes to get equipment to work but the process was painless.

The drive thru line is always long and slow!!! If someone is doing a Covid test have them park on the side so everyone else can go about their day. It just doesn't make sense for their drive thru to be THIS slow! I'm seriously considering switching to a different one even if it's a bit further of a drive.
