Pharmacy staff is terrible. Always mess up either the medications or the insurance processing of the medications. Their staff member “Ali” is extremely rude and arrogant. Rest of staff is non competent. Only person who knows how to submit to insurance is “Winnie “ but she is barely there anymore. Test of staff is extremely rude and incompetent. A lot of times they ask me to pay copays without submitting to the secondary or submitting wrong NDC to the secondary. I wonder how many of you have lost hundreds of dollars on something that could have easily been covered !!

This is truly the worst pharmacy. It would be faster to enroll in pharmacy school, become a pharmacist, open your own pharmacy and fill your own prescriptions than it is to have one filled at this location.

WORST customer service ever in the pharmacy at this location. I've been a customer for years, but the service in the pharmacy has seriously declined over the past few years. I can understand the pharmacy being busy and long lines, but this location has deteriorated to the point that they are unable (or perhaps unwilling) to provide adequate service to customers. The lines are always ridiculously long, and the wait time is unacceptable. There have been several occasions in which I have been in line inside or at the drive up window before the pharmacy's closing time, and they refuse to help anymore customers at 8 pm even if the customers were in line prior to the closing time. The pharmacy appears to have no urgency to serve as many customers as they can before closing. The pharmacy team also shows no empathy and just closes the window in your face. No respect for customers' time and medicine needs. This store needs to immediately add and/or replace resources to meet the needs of its customers.

CVS at 10420 FM 1464 Richmond TX.77407 is my Best store specially the Pharmacy. The Staff are great and offer the best service. They are Kind and very helpful and fast and overall very profesional.

The script and meds were not there but my friends other meds was there and easy drive thru and discounts for the meds with no insurance. I been going here since few years now. I really like getting my meds here, it’s always a busy location for a reason I guess.

If everything runs smoothly then all this automated stuff works. But once there's an issue with doc's office or something, they act like they can't pick up the phone and call the patient or MD to get it sorted out. Been waiting on this med refill that I called a week in advance. I thought it was waiting til 3 days to fill. Insurance needed higher quantity to fill. Okay, if MD don't do it then notify pt, so we can call. I know it's busy there. There's some meds that can't be missed. Then I get MD to send script on the day I'm out. I called to make sure they got it etc. then lady says it'll be ready at 4pm. 430 pm comes and still says processing. The heck?! Should call me so I can rush the office. Now, office is closed, and I'll just have to pay cash because I can't miss my meds. Thanks for nothing. If y'all would've called me last week during the weekday, could've had it handled.

Just called to get info about prevnar vaccine. Already had a horrible experience and got Winnie in the pharmacy. She was kind and walked me through what was required. CVS all the way and thanks for having such awesome people!

The pharmacy here used to be good then idk what happened, maybe a new manager or what, but now I can never get medication filled on time and they never notify me when a prescription is ready for pick up. We don't get prescriptions often, just usually when the kids are sick and it's just awful having to wait a whole day to get common things like albuterol and inhalers. Especially when your kids are sick and they used to have these kinds of things filled within a couple of hours. The last incident, my son was sick and needed a refill on albuterol and one other prescription, well, I called several times to see if they were ready and they said it was still processing. Nighttime came and he still needed his meds so I called again, this time the automated service says the albuterol was ready for pickup but sorry we're closed. Why didn't I get a text??! The whole system sucks! I would leave no stars if I could.
