CVS please close this store. To many incompetent people work here and don't know what they're doing.

One of the best pharmacy locations I've been to. People are friendly, I've used the minute clinic a few times, and they were very helpful. They are giving me full attention instead of trying to rush the appointment. Plus, being a 24-hour location makes this pharmacy my go-to place for prescriptions.

CVS on Crabb rd is my go to CVS. They greet you as you enter the store. They are there to help you at the self checkout counter. This store always looks nice and clean. The pharmacy is usually busy in the drive up so I usually park and go inside. I also like to go online and place an order for various stuff and then go into the store to pick it up. It's great when they do the shopping for me. Lots of places to park outside and they also have 2 Red boxes outside to get movies. Cool! The best thing about CVS is their coupons. Download the app and get lots of coupons. And now you can get the receipt sent to you by email!!

Run. Go any where else. The WORST. The only consistent thing the CVS on Crabriver Rd has performed is the mishandling or complete failure to process our family's prescriptions.

Closes at 11pm so not 24 hours anymore. It is still posted at 24 hour everywhere but don't believe it.

Convenient location, friendly staff, caring pharmacists and pharmacy staff. Features a drive through for prescription drop-off and pick up. The retail portion is well stocked and has a full range of household goods, foods, snacks, beverages, seasonal items, home office supplies, pet food, personal care products, cosmetics, and more. They also have a Health Hub offering consults, testing, immunizations and more. Drug disposal container though it has been out of service the last few times. Ample parking that is handicap accessible as is the store. Self check out and started registers.

Pharmacy- lack of service, sometimes rude... and no personality from any employee- except for the few employees who actually run the register. I get it, they are busy... well, Im busy AND sick. Why is every pharmacy starting to look and feel the same? It's like almost having a physician with horrible bedside manners- no one has time for that!!

I came down with the flu and had to come in on Christmas to pick up some prescriptions. Although I was expecting a long wait, the pharmacy team was able to get my prescription filled in about 15 minutes. Special thanks to JJ at the main counter. Thank you all!

Waiting in drive thur line for almost 40 minutes to pickup 3 medications. The wait times at this CVS is steadily getting worse and many friends and neighbors have been saying that in Greatwood & Tara. I had my first experience with this today and will be thinking about going to the other CVS near Kroger's at Brazos Park area of 59/762.

Horrible service and super long wait!!! Should be 0 stars. This by far has the worst CVS pharmacy.

This CVS intentionally picks up the phone and then pretends like no one is calling them. It's funny because the type of people who do this sort of thing will stay poor pathetic failures their whole lives :) Enjoy minimum wage losers.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. I just spent 1.5 hours trying to talk to a pharmacist. After 30 minutes my call was disconnected.I called again and after an HOUR of waiting I finally got through to a pharmacist. I asked "please don't hang up on me, I have been trying for 1.5 hours to get through. She hung up on me.My insurance forces me to use this pharmacy, and I could write a book about my other bad experiences.

My family is forced by our insurance to use CVSand since this is the closest one, you'd think it'd be convenient. We have a member of the family with complex medical issues and we are constantly kept on hold for 25+ minutes, routinely wait in the drive through line for 20+ minutes because it's no better inside. Just now I came from urgent care to pick up a prescription and after waiting 15 minutes was told I would be able to pick up my prescription tomorrow. After some very strong words and insistence I was told they could "probably" have it done in 2 hours. It's going to take them 2 hours to count 10 pills? Useless!!!

Don't know why location has so many poor reviews. Today's visit was appointment for Covid Vaccination and the appointment was scheduled properly from the website. Communications via text messages was prompt. Did see one individual enter without mask but arseholes are to be expected everywhere. Signs to vaccine area were posted. Don't know what else could be expected. Thanks for the "shot in the arm".
