Came in due to some cell phone charging issues.They were really helpful.Turns out the cell phone port was dirty due to my construction job.The place was nice and clean.Very Bright.Stop by everyone.I recommend this Cricket Store.Two Thumbs up ??

Amazing vibes! Went in there for a simple new phone walked out with a free phone free service! I expected to pay about $100 or more and I paid nothing! Julie the store manager hooked me up! And Nina was so sweet offered me water and my kids snacks and paper to keep them occupied while I did what I needed! Will definitely be sending everyone here

Went in the other day to find out the deals ended up switching from boost over to cricket Nina was so helpful and her store manager was also she stayed on hold for an hour just to get my transfer pin but she didn't give up and got it . They went above and beyond ! Amazing customer service!

This place has awesome service. I walked in to look at a phone. The saleswoman “Nina” @ the Richmond location near walmart was really nice n very professional. She helped me with the PPP loan to help me get the iphone 14 pro max. Im new to an iphone but she helped me understand how it works with ease. Thank you Nina with the excellent customer service.

Today I went in to this location to pay my bill. I was greeted by a associate,. She asked for the name on the account with my id, once i showed my id to the associated she told me that me or my wife name was not on the account and that she couldn’t help me. Unfortunately my name is on my account but the associate and manager refused to help me. They was very rudeHelena please contact me as soon as your free I take my business elsewhere

I’m in need of speaking with a manager as soon as possible and not the store manager very rude JULIE plus associate was rude as well I do not recommend this store at no cost stay away. No manners and very disrespectful. They need to be retrained again. Please if a district manager can reach out to me that will be great. 0 stars.

Great customer service! Glad they got rid of the old lady ! The Nina lady has a big head but Is very very nice and knows her stuff about every phone ! Recommend going to her for your phones purchases or just to pay your bill ! Very helpful and knowledgeable ! Will be coming back next month! Love my new iPhone thank u nina ! ?

My son dropped his phone and I spoke to Nina at this location and her customer service was top notch she answered all my questions. Not only did she save the day for my son but got us a great deal on a better phone that he had and the process was easy and fast. I highly recommend her!!
