Over a 10 year period we have rented as many as 3 units here at one time. As well as parking a RV at CSS for years. Ops battery going out. Good safe place with a great locatiol.

Cheryl is the owner of Clodine Self Storage. I would give 0 stars if I could, although she threatened to sue me if I wrote a bad review. I got a storage unit for 3 months and the first month was free. I kept calling her to ask when I could give her my check, but she never answered my phone calls or returned my voicemails. Then, she kept overcharging me for not getting my check. I finally left a voicemail that I wanted to close my account and she started calling me nonstop and threatened to auction off all my furniture in storage. She called me from a private number so I couldn't call back and reach her. We were finally able to meet her and give her the check,and I got her mobile number. Then, I called her asking for my refund check and notifying her that I cleared out my storage unit 3-4 days in advance. She never returned my voicemail when I called her office twice so I texted her. She threatened to block my number and told me to never text her again. When I told her I would report her for not returning the deposit and overcharge fees, she threatened to sue me and started calling me nonstop harrassing me and leaving me threatening voicemails. She returned my deposit but not the amount she overcharged me. If I don't receive that within a week, I will be reporting her to the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNIT AT ALL COSTS. You will regret it.
