I want to first compliment the customer service. All of the staff that I encountered, were very friendly and inviting. My issue was more so with the service. I originally brought my car in for a coolant flush and coolant refill, as a light came on in my car. I did a full inspection with Christian Brother's and according to their inspection, my car was good to go. About two days later, the coolant refill light comes back on, and at this point I am convinced there is a slow leak. I call and Hayden lets me know it is good to gone ahead and bring it back in, so that can figure out what was the cause. I bring it back, and after being with the car for 6 hours, they let me know that "we found nothing wrong with it just a few air bubbles." As soon as I drive off, the light is back on. I take my car to BMW for official repairs, and as soon as they popped my hood we could noticeably see where Christian Brother's broke my coolant vent line, as well as the cap to the coolant container was not restored properly. This was expensive and overall a waste of time. I would genuinely appreciate an honest interaction and encounter, as well as a detailed workup.

I always go here to get my oil changed. The service is great, and they dont attempt to rip you off like most places do.

Everyone here is so nice! Great customer service .. i hate having anything done to my car because as a single woman i always think someone is going to take advantage of me! But here i felt comfortable and i trust them … everyone should take their vehicles here!

My car stopped working, and I was frantic. I spoke with Jerome, who radiates positive energy via the phone. Jerome does not mind going over and beyond to satisfy customers. He stayed after they closed to make sure my car was towed in. Next, I spoke with Robbie. Robbie had a positive outlook even when dealing with my difficult warranty company. He talked about positive energy and positive outcomes. Robbie treated me like family. Robbie's communication skills are impeccable. He called or texted me regularly to keep me in the loop on the status of my claim. Finally, Austin, the youngest guy, was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He accommodated me when I needed to get something out of my car. It is very breathtaking to meet consistently kind people. This is the only place I bring my cars because they have a "God kind of love." The name Christian Brothers fits them well. Thank you. ~Melissa Brister Mason

I love this place I have done business with them for over 10 years. As combat disabled veteran, it can be very hard on me to get things done. Jerome ,Austin and his team went above and beyond for me and getting my truck fixed and safe and on the road. Words cannot explain how much this means to me. Not only did they not take advantage of me what they helped me out big time through the whole process. I highly recommend them. And I suggest that you do business with them. Not only do they care about you, but they want to make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of. Thank you so muchI really appreciate all your hard work.

Made appointment with Hayden yesterday, very accomodating spoke to him about a 20% OR $20 Coupon Discount tire gave me if I took for alignment done by CBA. I made my appointment on time, there were two gentleman sitting when I got there. Hayden checked me in and asked for my coupon and I told him oh its not in my bag but I have in the glove compartment of my truck and I asked do you want it now or at check out. One gentleman sitting there said I was with discount tires and they did not give me the coupon. to this another tall caucasian male in black shirt who is a CBA employee said to him he will discount it for him and I was told to get it now and I said I will its in my truck to that he responded" we dont like to go through anyones car to look for their coupons" I never one asked him to look for my coupon. so I went to the parking lot and got mine. then another employee with glasses and maroon shirt said would you like coffee I said yes, thx. just plain black none was given, same Hayden came and asked and nothing happened.( this is not about coffee I am upset about just mentioning it) Why it was OK for the other guy who did not have a coupon caucasian male got the discount where as I had to go and bring mine. this is discrimanatory out right.
@ after one hour and 10mins I asked Hayden whats the update on my truck, he went to check and then took me and showed a rod on which the tires sits they are not able to get it loose to do the alignment. what if I did not ask for update how long will I be there? not once there more than 2 people in their waiting area thus they were not busy at all. and he suggested that we can put a new one for you.....How can you take it out to a put a new one. I was then very upset I told Hayden please bring my truck down and I did talk to him about the coupon and coffee and the wait time. I said how does this looks and he did agree it does not look good but...... I was not having any buts since there were not more than two people at any given time. Manager Jerome has lot of work to do with this employees this was my first time and last. my son took my truck and got the alignment done this afternoon and was not told at all that they were not able to open the rod or do the alignment.
