Cleanliness: They praise for their cleanliness!! It’s always clean and neat, no matter if it’s a busy day or not.
Stylist: Tammy is a wonderful nail technician, she has been doing my nails for the past 8 years. I really appreciate her dedication! She always does what is asked for. Make an appointment since she is always busy!

Horrible. Bad Customer Service. Becareful so an apprentice is not sent to do full set. Had a VERY bad experience yesterday. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! EVER!

Nice to find a place that cares!!
Took the whole family to get manny pedis. Our daughter’s nails didn’t come out the way she expected. And they were struggling to get it right. The manager Josie came over and and talked with my daughter and figured out all the issues. She switched the nail tech and made sure everyone was on the same page and that the nails were done right. We will be coming back!

I got the milk and honey pedicure, and both my kids got their nails and toes done. My $43 pedicure was rushed and my kids' polish came off by the end of the next day. I'm only rating this place a 3 because the environment was fine, the pedicure chair was great, and my kids had a good time.

This is my favorite salon. I like it mostly because I am always able to get what I want and am happy with the results. Everyone does high level work. The shop is clean and inviting and even at their busiest they are transparent about whether there will be a wait or not.

The best Nail place in Richmond even Sugarland, Danny, is great with pedi, the best. Leah is the best nail person for me. I love the atmosphere ? very clean, ask if want water, soda, etc they listen and take care of you. The two sisters who own the nail shop are so kind, they both are just wonderful.
