Ridiculous long lines with only 2 tellers, hire more people! Also, ATM at the drive thru most of the time is down, glad somebody knocked it down...this location had it coming.

I’m a long standing customer of Chase bank. Member since 1992. I’m here at this bank in Houston Tx. I just need to get a document notarized. Was told by greeter to go elsewhere. Now, I understand why the poor reviews for this bankProblem is with greater Very rude. Most other employees are nice

Be careful when Withdrawing cash from this bank. There are thieves casing customers who leave this bank with cash. They trail you and smash your car windows and steal your money. If you do Withdraw money, do not leave the money in the car and go into a store or something. You're likely being trailed. Your car would have been broken into by the time you come back out.

Overall worst bank to deal . The dispute team takes time to review case which delays the timeline and customer suffers. Never informs customer about correct status or path . Every time customer care team gives wrong status & they are suggest you leave our bank and go to another bank. Wish there could be zero star
