They are rude people who are working here. They just need people to open the account if you go there. Ask for any help. The keep making you to come again and again and finally the time is done.

This is the worst bank I have dealt with. I have felt that the lady Hispanic banker was being rude and lacking of knowledge. She shook her head many times in a short conversation I had with her and I don’t even know what for. I will not be dealing with this branch anymore. Do better chase bank, train your employees for better customer service.
The lady banker at this location told me that I am not eligible to open a credit card account because I recently moved to United States and it will take me at least 3 months to receive a credit card. This is absolutely wrong information and the teller in sugar land got me a credit card when I walked in a couple weeks after opening the bank account.
Never thought a bank would try so hard not to give a client a credit card

Don’t come here for customer service. RUDE AS HELL STAFF. Walked in to speak with a banker, Diana was in the lobby chatting casually with another patron (no business being conducted). I was happy to wait a few minutes but she clearly saw me and never even bothered to acknowledge me or say “someone will be right with you” after waiting about 5 minutes, I walked up to the teller and said what I needed to complete and she very rudely said “you’ll have to see a banker for that, go sit in the lobby” with an attitude that how dare I ask her. Standing up for myself I replied I came here because no one in the lobby could bother to acknowledge me. Then Diana who initially ignored me took me in her cubicle and was Extremely short and unfriendly with me. I was half tempted to just close my account right then and there. DONT BOTHER COMING TO THIS LOCATION. DIANA SUCKS.

One of the best banking locations I have been to in the state of texas. Everyone is incredibly professional and is very willing to help with your needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The branch manager is so professional and charismatic

Went in for a scheduled meeting, unfortunately the banker was busy and ended up with a lady associate. Her response to my every question was an excuse or an argument. Her work attitude reminded me of the Govt. office employees back in my home country.
Had a similar experience in the same branch last time. Had to go to a different branch and problem was fixed immediately.
Seems all the trainees or low performer employees end up in this branch.

Ridiculous long lines with only 2 tellers, hire more people! Also, ATM at the drive thru most of the time is down, glad somebody knocked it down...this location had it coming.

I’m a long standing customer of Chase bank. Member since 1992. I’m here at this bank in Houston Tx. I just need to get a document notarized. Was told by greeter to go elsewhere. Now, I understand why the poor reviews for this bankProblem is with greater Very rude. Most other employees are nice

Bad service!!! I come for open new account!!! Employee said wait 20min .. but I waited 40 min after that them said today not available must make a appointment.. haizzzzz
