Dont ever fix your device here, it‘s a very shady place. A year ago, Mo sold me on a warranty on the spot for future repairs for 3 years which I got for my MacBook Pro. I recently had to fix my MacBook and now I’m receiving not only the worst customer service experience but also got to find out I don’t have the warranty I was sold but an insurance with so called deductibles. Im still waiting (second day) to hear from the management to even go ahead with filing a claim. This is my first ever bad review, I never write bad reviews, but this had to be said. Lying to customers in an establishment and being outrightly rude is not acceptable.

My phone screen was broken and I came to get it fixed. When it got taken care of, all of a sudden my phone started over heating and the repair took longer! It was a little bit frustrating but to be honest… the store took really good care of me especially Max! Poor guy, he fell subject to all my questions and worries but he really helped me through everything and m in eternally grateful. I would give this place a shot!
