Pleased it is near my home. Next to Kroger store, lots of parking. A large selection of hair products, makeup, jewelry, clothes & and slip-on shoes. They are only missing a stylist to help with wig fitting and staff who can answer questions about color, brands & styling techniques. I like to be able to be able to refer to someone who can give me guidance in an area where I have no knowledge. Overall, it's a clean and well stocked store.

Although this location is conveniently close, the experience I had today was subpar so I will be looking for a new beauty supply store to shop with. The sticker on this item clearly states it’s $1.49, but the lady that checked me out decided to change the price in the computer to $1.99. Although it’s only a $0.50 difference I felt that was extremely petty and unfair to me as the consumer to not honor the sticker price that was placed on the item by the employees.I didn’t attempt to debate the price. I just paid and left.

This beauty supply store is by far one of the largest, with a great deal of products. Definitely recommend. Even though I have to pass a few to get there, this is my new go-to.

Positive: Great selection of products and braiding hair. Convenient location.Negative: Majority of the hair care products are majorly overpriced. Do yourself a favor and order on Amazon. You’ll see the same item but half the price.

The owner was very rude to me. I have visited here many times, but I will not return. I enjoy shopping places where my business is appreciated. I stopped by their location 10 minutes prior to closing, and I had a quick question about a product they had in their store, In which I was going to purchase. I expected to be in and out before the store closed. The owner was rude, and asked why am I asking questions after closing. They were not yet closed and another customer came in AFTER me. I simply told him, no thanks, I will take my business elsewhere after he began being unnecessarily rude. Just wanted to share my experience. I will not be back to this store, as I heard there is a Coco Bella not far from here which has more selections and better service.

This is the only beauty supply store that always has what I need. I used to always try 2 other ones that are closer to me, but they never have what I need and I always end up having to go to this one. So I’ve learned not to waste time, to just go straight here the first time.

The male behind the counter is rude and disrespectful. He was nasty to his young cashier. You can't provide a service to a particular culture then treat them poorly, or treat your diverse employees poorly. I will never shop at this location again. Enough of this from ppl trying to capitalize off of the dollars of diverse ppl, yet treat us poorly. This place should be shut down. No one of color should purchase from this company Ever! Shame on the owners.

Watch out and pay attention to the total. They over charged me for the products I bought…and gave me the wrong receipt I will not be going back.

This store is robbing customers. I went in to purchase braiding hair. The tags on the packages I bought say $6.99 each. My receipt says $7.99. This is not how you run a business. Dishonest way to do business. Oh and they don't give refunds, so screw the customers!
