Shelby, my salesperson, was very informative and treated us with respect for our time and barrage of questions. The process was smooth, un hurried and pleasant. We found our perfect car and an excellent deal. Needless to say we will return for future purchases.

You must be being sarcastic right? You were completely annoyed at me asking you to identify the noises, then denied them, then got even more irritated when I asked you to remove them. Now you tell me it was sent for repairs? Weren't you so proud of your so called "multi point check" to guarantee your vehicle? You made me so uncomfortable I just left the lot. I was uncomfortable starting with the test drive. I will be reporting your behavior to your supervisor. I am starting to wonder if this is a CarMax issue because my experiences so far have been very sketchy. Evidently because I am a female I couldn't hear things making rattling noises going down the road, squeaking and rattling when backing up, and noises even after you turned the engine off. It was definitely not a pleasure meeting another sketchy salesman and then you texting with what I hope was sarcasm, because you can't be serious.

Shadiest service department I've ever seen. Went to have a problem fixed, left with a new one the previous "fix" created. Went to have that one fixed, they charged me a hundred bucks to shrug and say "Normal wear and tear."

Very disappointed with the Sales Manager Darren.
Yes, i admit, i came in a hour before closing but we had disclosed that we were at another carmax and the vehicle we were interested in had a hold. We drove all the way from another carmax to look at the same vehicle they had in this location.
It Shall go without saying but the hours come with the job ESPECIALLY as a manager. Darren’s behavior was unprofessional. My family felt very mistreated and Judged. We were willing to even come the next day for paper work but he personally ruined the sale.
Its so unfortunate to even write this review because our salesman Carl was so professional and genuinely wanted to help us. He wasn’t worried about the time. I’m sorry for salesman like Carl that have to deal with a manager like Darren.
