“Great service. Had the vehicle that I needed. Customer service agent, Christopher Adigwe, was extremely professional, Pleasant and accommodating. I was running in and out on my lunch break. I called ahead to let him know. Unfortunately he was the only person working the desk at that time. However, he did expedite me to ensure that I was able to get back to work on time from my 30-minute lunch break. I had a moment to watch Christopher in action prior to him assisting me and he exhibit the same professionalism to me as he did the rest of the people waiting for vehicles despite him being the only service person he moved efficiently and swiftly to ensure we were all taken care of. I'd go back again with agentslike him behind the desk. Renting was a breeze.”
