Very bad cashier last night. The black girl didn’t know what to do and was so slow. There was a long line she did not care don’t know what is wrong at this location nobody knows what they are doing at the register. Need to hire more experienced people.

Has an amazing experience today shopping at the Richmond area Burlington not very organized but very sweet and helpful associates. Hinahh helped me out on the sales floor guided me where to find what and if the size is gonna be fit for a five year old boy. It’s nice to see sales floor associate being friendly and hardworking.

Very bad customer service. The lady gave us the refund for wrong item and was not able to reverse the transaction. Asked us to wait for 20 minutes because the manager was in the meeting. This is not how you treat customers our time is valuable.

A very easy return today this girl was really sweet and helped my mom out even though there was language barrier she calmly handled everything did an exchange too. I don’t remember her name but it was almost same as mine. It’s nice to see Burlington cashiers giving out good customer service!
