Worst experience, they have no customer service. I had to ask multiple people for the same things. None of them knew the answer and online the product I was looking for had 8 in stock and when I came to the store the lady just said “it’s out of stock” and did not attempt to look or hear what I was saying. Will not be returning to this location.

I went there during black friday sale and I was greeted by Mr. Liam Brenneman. He was very knowledgeable about the product, genuinely nice and accomodating. We bought a fridge, dryer and washer from him. I saw how dedicated he works not only to me but to other customer as well. Even if the store is about to close, he patiently waited for us until we found the fridge that we are looking for. Definitely would recommend him to be your sales consultant.

STOP, DON’T BUY FROM HEREHorrible customer service, can't return a defective TV, which is NOT stated anywhere in there policy!? I placed online order and picked it up from here but it is lemon and went back 3rd day of purchase but they’re saying it’s damaged and don’t want to deal with it. This is not Best Buy, this is Worst Buy ever!! Corporate should look into this, such a bad customer experience - never buying from them again! Horrible Managers, they should all be fired - not customer friendly! I regret shopping from this location. I’m filing Consumer Affairs complaint about my consumer rights, they need to be thought a lesson.

We bought a TV with an open box, which was fine. The guy that helped us initially was very nice and patient while we checked the tv to make sure the essentials were there. They were. We’re gonna double check the functionality when we get home. We came to pick it up and it was missing 2 screws, no big deal. We asked about it and were told to check the instruction manual that it also didn’t have, which we told them also, again, no big deal. An associate not related to anything we were doing, nor helping anyone around us, stated “it’s an open box” seemingly attempting under his breath, but it was very loud, as if we were stupid for asking if they had the 2 missing screws or the instruction manual for a $1500 TV. We intended to buy the screws if they were missing, and we can get the manual from the manufacturer website, we just wanted to check to see if they had them, which the worst they can usually say is no. I understand it’s a discounted price and may not have all the screws or the instruction manual, that’s not a problem, and it doesn’t hurt anyone for us to ask. The sass and acting like we’re stupid was disrespectful, especially when it’s directly next to the customers you aren’t helping.

Had what I needed. Unfortunately, the first guy I asked said if it's here, it would be on the shelf. But the girl in the computer section went the extra mile and checked the system, and found what I was looking for. Wish I got her name because that simple act is all it takes for great customer service, which is hard to come by these days.

Some of their sales staff make stuff up when they don't know the answer to a customer question. I have been fighting with a computer that they told me would take a quad HDMI graphics card. So, I bought the computer and a card that fit the PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, but the computer power supply won't power it. Then another Best Buy person said I could use a J5 USBC to Quad HDMI adapter. It would not work.So, when you buy something that you have moderate expertise in, (I built PC clones for years in the 90s and early 2000s) based on Best Buy's recommendations, plan on the high possibility of spending many hours of time spinning your wheels. I don't know if it is Best Buy's management that is fading, or perhaps its all we can expect from the snowflake generation coming into the job market. What ever it is Best Buy isn't what they use to be,KD

Terrible customer service. Bunch of rude kids working there. We Bought thousands of dollars from this store because it’s near by but that’s the only reason. It doesn’t matter if you are a total tech customer for years still terrible customer service and the employees hide when is time to help. Always a BAD experience to say the least.
