I say Dr.Nguyen for my eye appointment visit. I have mono vision, which means I use one eye for close vision and the other eye for distance vision. She put me in progressive contacts and glasses. Her explanation was that I need to wear them for a week and everything would be fine. The progressive lens suppose to be better, but I’m not satisfied at all. Well a week has passed and I can’t see much of anything. I wanted to get a contact for the close and distant vision. I’m not happy with her decision but I will keep hoping that my eyes get use to the new progressive vision soon.

When it was originally Blankenship Eye, I him. I went to this new dr Nguyen and she seemed unsure and confused on what contacts were good for me. I had to go back several times. She even tried to refer me to another doctor for another type of contact. They have had several receptionist changes and they keep getting worse. I would recommend her even for one of my pets.Go to Vision Source, it's in the same shopping center.

This doctor and her assistant is the most unprofessional doctor & assistant I have ever met. I asked a prescription for eye glasses if I can have it, and they said sure and after 3 hours they told us just come back tomorrow. She treated me and my kids like nothing while she was taking walk-ins. I would rate her 0 if possible. We have been going to this facility since it has opened but this woman just came a less than a 2 years ago and treating customers like that. I’m done with her and this establishment for life, they will not even talk to you, I get it she’s an independent doctor and she doesn’t work with Walmart but we buy our glasses at the walmart because it is very close to walmart she ruined walmart customers, she is rude and her workers.

I went to eye doctor at 2:30 pm today to get the prescriptions for the new glasses frames I picked. Everything was done but the prescription wasn’t handed to me. I later came back because she told me that she would be right with me. Over 5 people came in after us and she still didn’t take us, I was with 3 kids for the frames, they got everything measured but she would get us out prescriptions. She kept saying one moment but never came. I waited until 5:30 and she and her assistant ignored me. The other set of doctors were shocked as well as the customers. Dr. Nguyen is very independent and does what she wants.

Dr.Cathy has been amazing and has helped me so much! She is very informative and honest about the health of your eyes!!!! She is definatly going to be my forever eye doctor. Extremely knowledgable and is super helpful. GO TO HER FOR ALL YOUR EYE NEEDS!!!!!!!

I went there with my family this past two year to do our annual eye exam. The doctor is really professional in explaining my eye conditions and educating me how to take care of my dry eyes.
