Went into the bank for my appointment and felt judge by the rude mistreatment of the lady that was eating her lunch. She treated me as I didn't belong and finally after proving I had an appointment I visited the banker. If it wasn't for her I would have invested my money at this bank bust she was not pleasant. However the banker Eric was very professional and nice and evened followed up with me later on. Thank you so much Eric for treating me respectfully.

This PNC is one of the best location !!the customer service is great and efficient, Sandra always help me with a happy smile and she always help ok my needs !!For sure I highly recommended this branch!!

PNC Bank is okay, I've been with them for almost 5yrs. BUT this location is the worst I've ever been to. The front tellers are not very knowledgeable and they speak to you in a very nonchalant and condescending way. If you want a good experience with PNC, please RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

This is a terrible bank! Avoid at all cost. They will take your money and hold it for 30 days without allowing you access to it. And the customer service is pathetic. Don't waste your time here. You have been warned.

They have the worst rules stating they can’t cash anything over $2000 I see why this bank has the worst ratings they are already out of the way and soooo unaccommodating don’t waste your time coming here go to another bank you’ll thank me for this….

Nice staff but can be frustrating to deal with service wise. Had trouble setting up a checking account with them had to complete it on my own online 3 weeks ago. After waiting patiently found out today that they never issued out a debit card for me

This bank in general is absolutely worst if you changed your phone number you can’t change it on there nor can you change your address absolutely annoying I can’t change anything just give a another option of email. Need to update their online banking that’s just nonsense

Worst bank ever and the manager is the most absolute heartless person I have ever spoke to in my life. No regard for humanity. They locked my account never told and for a transaction that happened and they approved 12 days prior. Manager would not lift a finger to help. She slammed the phone in my face I know the conversation is recorded. Be careful how you treat people. I wish I could give 0 stars 1 is too many.

So all the Sugar Land BBVA banks don't have any safe deposit boxes. I finally found one in Richmond. I have to say all the people here are very nice and friendly!

The worst bank ever. They do not take care of their customers if you've been a victim of fraud. Representative failed to red flag my account of a potential fraud so a check cleared and know I'm out of luck because it wasn't their fault. Stay away far away from BBVA
