The wall air freshener is trash. I purchased a refill it did not fit.So I went back and to the store to purchase another plug-in thinking mine was an older version. Very upsetting it does notScrew into the plug in so now I have two plugins with a squashed air freshener.

My husband I visit this location on a regular basis, as we live in the neighborhood directly behind the store. Staff are normally very nice, friendly and professional. I was outside the store in my car while on the phone with my husband who was checking out at the register with the manager Patricia. I decided to go inside to see who the person was that was being so disrespectful and unprofessional with my husband. I have never seen her before at this location and the other staff said that she was a new manager. My husband mentioned that it happens alot that we are told that a special is on line and he has to show the e m ail that say in store as well.She became very rude and unprofessional and as I listened on the phone ,I was totally surprised at how rude she was.

The cashier Kirsten was super nice! But the tall person with the hair wrap never acknowledged me nor ask if I needed help but proceeded to ask everybody else in the store. She was not approachable, and I felt kind of racially profiled by her.

Small selection of male body works. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase a complete set of a couple fragrance I wanted for a gift. However, it had only item in that fragrance and was missing either lotion or spray. Another issue was bless her heart one checkout clerk and two ladies on the floor talking among each other and another young lady that stopped stocking items to help at checkout. I was not greeted my the two ladies and felt they stayed away from the section I was in until I moved. It was not my usual Bath & Body works experience where the customer is greeted upon entry given a basket and asked if we needed help.

This is a store front location that is pretty cool. Clean and nice. However beware of screaming kids at this location. Guess kids have a bad day every time I'm there.

Candle day! Didn't know this was a thing. Makes you wonder what the actual cost of a candle is. Service was great, store was clean. A lot of cashier's made the line move fast. Definitely recommend going on candle day.
