Amazing service. I don’t recall the guys name but he worked 9/27/24 around 5-6 pm and was so respectful and nice. He was really helpful and asked questions to help us find something we’d like. I expected to do my own thing when coming inside the store but he gave us great suggestions based off what we said we liked. I really appreciate his efforts and hospitality and the help he gave the cashier with our exchange. The best experience! There was also an older black woman that was so sweet as well. Encouraged us to try some really nice products, like the scrubs and body butters which I’ll definitely be back for the scrubs. I’d say this location is the best I’ve visited by far. It may not seem that big of a deal but their performance and kindness made my afternoon. 10/10 customer service.

Terrible customer service! Always used to come to this location but won't be anymore. They wouldn't let me exchange products I just bought within the last month. The assistant manager Carla offered no help at all.
Update: The aliana location let me exchange with no issues at all! They lied to me here about their policy, do not recommend this location!! Go to the one at The Grand in Aliana!

I stopped to pick up some items for my son and husband from the men's collection during the sale. The sales associate at the front of the store greeted my son and I and was very helpful and friendly. She answered questions we had and helped us locate the items we came to buy.
