Battery I purchased does not work. It does not start my car. The battery side is bulged yet they continue to charge it each time I brought it in. I showed them the bulged battery and they refused to swap it with new or better battery. The battery still in the trunk.

On Monday October 9th I came into this location for assistance on fuses for my headlamp for my vehicle, and I must say that the manager Mr.Henry and associate Mr.Mario did their best to assist me, and make sure that I had what I needed. These two men went over and above to provide me with great customer service. They both get 5 stars in my book.??

Whats the purpose of self check out when you gonna come check it out for me? This is the second time it happened. First time, I ignored it….the second time it’s like……”do i look incapable of utilizing self check out” It has been a while since I have been in this store and never has an associate grabbed my stuff to scan at a “self” checkout….Idk where the original staff is ?

Parking was available, inventory was pretty stocked up, place was not crowded when I arrived. I'm giving only 3 stars because service was below my expectations of Autozone, especially from the staff Keith. AutoZone is known for giving good helpful information to customers (when possible), even if they don't have what you need, or can't fix a certain problem, they help. I came to get freon for my car, Keith was dismissive when I spoke to him, as if I was disturbing him. I was confused on what to get, he just waved his hands for me to pick whatever I wanted. When I finally picked and wanted to pay, he waved me to self check out myself, I didn't even know they had self check outs- plus the store was quite empty. Anyway I changed my mind on the particular product I got, picked something else, finally got help from Kevin, he explained everything and even rung me up. I will definitely be back cos the store is close to my house, but I'd be more selective of the staff I ask for help.

Before I continue with this review I would like to say that I visit this autozone at least once or twice a month, and everyone is extremely helpful and nice. I have never had a bad experience here… till today.Pros:Great prices, great service, convenient location, and has pretty much everything I need. The staff is always ready to help and I always feel welcome and a priority.Cons:I was greeted by the loud (lol) manager as usual, which is nice as he keeps energy running high.I needed help looking for a couple of parts that I could not allocate in the store, the manager proceeded to call multiple times an associate named Leo with a “customer satisfaction” badge under his name. This guy…. Was completely oblivious to anything car related, took what seemed like hours to do anything and on top of everything, he sneezed on my items, Im not a germaphobe or anything but the lack of respect and urgency for a customer, made this visit very uncomfortable. A visit that should of taken 10 minutes had me waiting 30 mins… I paid for whatever he could find and left to O'Reilly Auto Parts.

One of the employees refused to look for a bolt for me. I brought him the bolt that I needed, but he brought me a bolt that wasnt what I was looking for, and refused to look for another when I showed him it was not the same bolt. I turned to another guy and he found me what I needed in 5 seconds. But I spent a lot of time to reach out to the previous employee . This was around 2pm on Monday June 5th.

Came here on a rainy day, early in the morning. My battery had died at home and had it jump started and had enough juice to make it to this shop. Keith was excellent help when I told him my problem with my car. He helped install the battery for me and I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. I’m super grateful for Keith’s help and he was super friendly!

He didn’t have me the refund because I lost the receipt .If you do t have the receipt they don’t refund your money backThe only way to recover is they giving you a merchandise credit :(And alsoDon’t let the younger workers try to change your bulb . My light is now ruined and I have to buy a brand new headlight :)((((((( I am crying so bad
