We had barely walked in the door, and the guy asked if he could help. I told him what we needed, and he looked up the parts in the computer and took us to the place where they were located, found the parts, and carried them back to be rung-up. That's some awesome customer service! I wish I had gotten his name. Really nice, and knew what he was doing. I was able to show my stepson how to change the oil in my wife's car just in time for dinner. :-)

great experience! Eduardo helped me check out, made me aware of a promotion they were having, and installed my windshield wipers for me. i know it’s complimentary but i was really appreciative of it. it made the process so smooth. ?

Eduardo is the man!! Dude goes the extra mile for premium customer service. Looked up the vin number on my turn signal bulb that a bunch of other associates and another autozone couldn’t find and found the light I needed. If you need anything I highly recommend him at this autozone.

Shelton Diaz was great, I came in for a radiator. He went out of his way to make sure I got the highest quality one for my car, a performance radiator. He pointed out different prices to make sure it was taken care of. He didn’t try and make a sale off me. I appreciate that. I recommend finding him. Thanks Shelton!!!
