After accidentally denting and scratching the wheel well of my Jeep while pulling out of a spot in a parking garage, I decided to stop by Harris Dent & Detail without an appointment. From the moment I arrived, their team made me feel welcomed and taken care of.

Denny immediately assessed the damage and, to my surprise, began polishing away the scratches right then and there. He advised me to get some touch-up paint and bring the vehicle back for further attention. I appreciated his practical suggestion and the fact that he took the time to help me on the spot, despite my unscheduled visit.

On my return trip, armed with the recommended touch-up paint, I was equally impressed with the level of service. Kenneth took over and meticulously touched up the scratches, ensuring every detail was perfect. He then polished the area again, and the results were fantastic. My Jeep looked as good as new, and the attention to detail was evident.

“I'm driven by this place many of times. But decided to give them a try here recently. I was fairly impressed by what I received as a maintenance wash. The biggest downsides I would have to mention is that they do not have an on-site restroom or customers or employees. And I would say that if I didn't find leaves in the bottom of my windshield. I would probably be listing five stars as I was very happy with everything else they did!”
