All the Towels and wash clothes of a particular brand were apparently in the wrong spot so listed as 12.99 not $20. Waited behind a lady for 20 minutes to be rung up instead of store calling an additional associate. When towels rang incorrectly, manager was too lazy to come to the front and would not honor the stores mistake of having in the wrong spot. Will not shop here. Consumer comes first and you do not show appreciation to your customers.

Bought two wood decorative cabinets at sugarland location. One was damaged (missing a piece of the door). Sugarland didn’t have any more so told me to try Richmond store. Drove an additional 30 minutes out of the way to go there. Go to return the damaged one and get another one. Manager (very tall male) begrudgingly agreed to let us open the new one in store to make sure it wasn’t damaged. It was. So he proceeded to tell us that we couldn’t open any more boxes in the store and that I would have to purchase, take it outside to the parking lot, open it in 92 degrees and if damaged get back in line to return it until I could find one not damaged. If my college kid hadn’t had her heart set on these I would’ve walked. So we ended up opening 3 at that store of which the last one wasn’t damaged. They clearly have a supplier issue. I said so you expect customers to keep damaged products and he says yeah, some will. Guess what buddy? I am not that someone. So he ended up with the same number of open boxes and has lost at least 4 customers from my family for good. Great job driving customers away!

Place is alright sometimes it has too many product on carts that don’t belong I guess because it is being marked down. There is only one cashier most of the time there and she tends take awhile not her fault either but, they usually only have one cashier working. They need two people at the front of the store and when the line has 3 and more people they should be able to count on each other to get the line fairly quickly.

This At Home feels bigger and less congested than the one on Katy Frwy. Quite a large selection of clearance items here. Much shorter line/ wait time as well. Def worth the trip up 99.

I love the products at the store has they had everything that I wanted. However, if you expect to get help when you’re in there, you will be disappointed. At least three staff members watched me struggle to move things from my cart that were too tall to exit through the doorway, take them out of my cart and have to put them back in while going through the sliding doors. So like I said, great products, disappointing staff.

Big box store. SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited 10 plus minutes while the only person checking people out took forever with a customer and then finally called for backup after 8 people were standing in line.
