We went for waxing for my daughter, that girl seems inexperienced she peeled of my daughter skin. Terrible experience for my daughter and we are paying huge money for this kind of services!

Absolutely horrible. I walked in for a simple bang trim and walked out looking like Loyd from Dumb and Dumber. The salon refunded me but will not not answer my direct question if the lady that cut my bangs was licensed to actually cut hair
. They simply said they have people licensed for an assortment of things. Check before you go.

Saba is amazing, the place is amazing. Saba took the time to listen to what I needed and she recommended what was best for me and the resultes where amazing. She has such a nice personality and vibe that I will come here all the time and will bring my daughters. The place and the rest of the staff are amazing as well, such a wonderfully experience. There are a couple of ladies there that cut your eyebrows area with the thread. I had multiple cuts around both eyebrows. I came in on June 4th or 6th, they just ignored me until I left.
The best person for eyebrows was Humida, but she left abruptly.

to say I am severely disappointed is a understatement. They are absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. Firstly I came in with my sister for a haircut (a TRIM). They proceeded to cut my curly hair without making it straight or measuring it or making sure it's straight. she just cut it. Now my hair is different length it's ugly and hideous. my hair used to reach my butt when it's straight, but now I have a BOB!!! I expected to come out with healthy hair no split ends but I left HALF BALD!! and not to mention they made a rude comment about my hair and told me that I should be going to an African-American store instead since my hair is so hard to manage. that is absolutely racist. and whatever I told them that they made my hair so short, she was like oh well go to the blacks. Not to mention, they pulled out my hair so much my scalp still burns. I really don't think my hair is hard to manage at all. I just have curly hair. I have 3B hair, which is not that hard to manager. they also said I shouldn't be coming here since this place is just for people with straight hair. they literally sat here and told me not to come here again. What type of business tells you not to come back here again??? I feel extremely insecure with myself since this haircut.
