Very bad experience Mrs. Silvia does not know what she is doing, she has bad technique in everything
Besides, he is a pedantic person. I arrived with long, natural hair to have a Balayage done, trusting that he would do a good job and he only ruined my hair, leaving my hair orange with yellow parts and he did not want to give me a refund, supposedly because he did the job if a work completely poorly done and I end up blaming myself because I don't know what I want rather she doesn't know what she does and she is outdated. Don't trust the photos they post on their pages. Very bad job.

Best hair salon in Richmond! Lovely experience!! I love how my hair turned out!! I’ve been doing my hair with Sandy and Silvia for the past 5 years and so far they’ve done an amazing job with any color and style I ask them to do!!
