What a with the highly elevated volume of the music and ads last couple of visits? It’s so incredibly loud - not needed at all. Way way way too much. Be a gym, not a nightclub.

I will have to rate the 24 hour fitness parking lot most dangerous I’ve ever experienced every week they’ve been windows broken in cars two weeks ago. My window got broken with eight other cars police called and nothing was done. I was a little concerned so now I park near the very front and yesterday I had a problem I noticed some car tires were slashed. The people they had this problem were parked further away from where I was parked at. I am very concerned wI will have to rate the 24 hour fitness parking lot most dangerous I’ve ever experienced every week they’ve been windows broken in cars two weeks ago. The people they had his problem were parked further away from where I was parked at. I am very concerned with this 24 hour fitness situation I brought it up many times the management and all they can say was I am sorry we have no control. I feel they should provide security outside at all times so people that come here as members when I get the cars vandalized or broken into.

Members get less for more! They have removed the free towel service, there is no childcare and the pool has been closed for a LONG time. Those amenities were included in the cost...but with the elimination of the amenities, there is no adjustment to membership fees. Towel service now an additional cost! Really??!! Equipment and facility are in need of DEEP and routine cleaning. When cleaning IS done, there should not be a power cord stretched across floor, creating a hazard, nor should dust (and there is A LOT) and trash be blown around while members are working out. Someone should walk the floor, ensuring that weights have been returned and for those who sit on machines not using them to scroll their phones, should be asked to get up. Camera/recording should also be monitred as well.
This is an overpriced fitness connection.
Please do not reply with the general response I've seen on other posts. Put words into actions of improvement.

Gym has good machines to train, it is excellent that it is open at all times, very convenient for people who work with different schedules

Lisa, is simply Awesome!! She plans my work out and always asks me how am I doing and recovering from my last workout, if I have done some workout on my own. Then we go from there. She is always with an uplifting and positive attitude. She is always paying close attention of my form, how I am feeling through the sessions and challenges me to obtain my desire results. I LOVE working out with Lisa.

It's been 6+ months and it time I give an honest review. This is the second time cancelling my membership, so that should put this into perspective. The gym itself is nice but the way it's ran should be looked into. They "the trainers" use unfair business practices to lock members into training sessions. I specifically asked for 4 30 mins training sessions that cost $200 which I paid in cash. One session a week. The problem didn't occur until 2 days later when Jennifer G. Told me I signed up for 2 months instead of 1. She will encourage you to skip pass the contract details and just sign. It would behoove you to read it all and be very careful with whom you spend your hard earned money with. I spoke with her about the issue and she said, I'll Have to speak with Philip, the front desk secretary. Philip was trying to give me the run around about the balance. I've been going to the gym for over 15+ years worked as a trainer, and even as the custodian. Never have I ever dealt with this type of nonsense. However, I am not the first. I went to Jennifer after a member "Traci" explained to me what happened to her about this same exact situation.To new comers and old goers, please be very careful with them 2.. I love to work out but I love to help people even more. Hopefully this will help you hard working individuals to choose wisely about who you pay to have a session with.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
I used to have 2 accounts, 1 for me and for my son. My son moved August 2023 to Dallas for college and I personally freeze his account then I had to go out f state for a year and I personally freeze my account in November.
I noticed they keep charging me and I have called them in Feb 24. They apologized and freeze the accounts and they said they manager will cal me for refund. Of course nobody called me. I called them again in March, in April and May. Finally I spoke with someone she said she is the manager and apologized again and told me she placed the refunds. I couldn't go there myself because I was out of state! So, I haven't receive any refund then 3 weeks ago I was in Houston I called them again and they said they can not do anything!! I stopped there today myself and would like to talk with manager. There was a guy he said to me "I'm the boss" and he refused refund and refused to help me! I showed him who freeze my accounts, I showed them call history every month but he said doesn't proof anything! I asked him too give me written explanation why he can't refund it but he didn't! This is ridiculous! These guys are scamming!! Be careful! When you are freeze the account ask an email or written notice!

24Hours fitness replied to my review and asked me to contact with them. Guess what?
NOTHING!!
They just respond to reviews contact with us! That's it. No response to emails, and to my calls always same thing "manager will call you back"
But never call back! Be careful about this location!!

Very excellent, and good for practicing swimming. My daughters like to exercise in the water. They love to swim.

It’s a pretty nice gym with clean equipment and an inside and outside pool areas. Front desk was polite and nice however I just wished there was more machines you can actually excerise on.
Pretty nice place to workout though!

This a low to mid tier gym, the steam room and sauna frequently smell bad, i’ve heard workers inside complain about management, and i frequently see people from the sauna/steam room get into the hot tub or swimming pool without even washing off. I’ve also seen insects a few times inside the gym. Its nasty

Gym is ok, nothing special.
Smell of weed in the gym time to time, they also allow some guest to do whatever they want. Not to mention regulars and employees using Handicap parking when not handicapped or using proper tags.
