I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt this was needed. The service that was provided to me today was beyond amazing.
In a state of stress, I pulled into the parking lot worried about the time that this flat tire has taken from me as I had so much planned in the afternoon. I was greeted by Carrington as soon as I exited my car, how amazing. I explained what had happened and with me not being a “car girly”, I needed a lot of help on what options I had. As he was inspecting my car, he was explaining the process step by step and even educating me on things I never knew about, like the importance of checking your car ALL. THE. TIME. When it was time to select the tires and purchase, I encountered a dilemma where my dad advised me to get a new set instead of just 2 tires, meaning more money that I didn’t have. I had made phone calls to my parents for solutions, and we decided to get a new set of tires. Mr Carrington then helped me in the best way he could with the purchase and it gave me a sense of relief from all the stress I was having. This is why I will always choose Discount Tire!!! I have never went anywhere else for my tires except this company and it’s never going to change!”

“This is an absolute great place! I had blown out a tire and had a donut on it. I pulled up there. Having never been there before! They treated me like an old friend. I was only going to get 1 tire, but when the young man explained when pros and cons to me. I ended up getting 2 and then I don’t have to worry about it any more. From the time I paid for my tires and wipers it was all of about 25 minutes. They are quality, fast, service is impeccable. It’s nice not to have to sit around all afternoon waiting on my car! Excellent place!!!”
“UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! Thank you so much Jose! After calling a couple of yahoos who wanted to charge 70-80$ for a used tire, I called Discount Tire. I told Jose what I could afford to pay and he didn't charge me a penny more. My tire had a bubble on it and was splitting open.. a blowout was right around the corner. They truly do care and want you taken care of. I will buy every tire for every car from discount tire from now on!!! 10 STARS FOR JOSE??????????”

“If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I have been unable to install one of my tires rim caps and I came here and they told me EXACTLY what to do and how to ask for them at the store. So I went and came back that same day and they helped me install it. For some reason, the screws weren’t fitting (not their fault) but they did NOT give up and send me away, they kept trying their hardest and I left with my cap on. I will definitely come see them again. He was so nice!!!! Muchas gracias!!! ?”
