He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and provided thoughtful recommendations. He explained the differences between various items in detail, ensuring I made an informed decision. His expertise and passion for the products were evident, and it made the shopping experience both enjoyable and educational.What stood out the most was Josh’s patience and willingness to help. I had quite a few questions, and he answered each one thoroughly without making me feel rushed. “Honestly a really great Shop from what I can tell, I picked out 2 bad pens from VooPoo before Settling with FreeMax and they were kind enough to exchange the 1st one free and then with a very small price difference I ended up getting a completely different style Vape Pen that looked and felt like higher Quality to me personally. The Lady who assisted me was extremely kind and extremely helpful, plus they are right around the corner from my house so I appreciate that and will probably stop by again in another month or so for more Menthol Flavor Vape liquids. Im not completely familiar with Vapor pen Brands but My friend in Cali even explained that hes had VooPoo before and hes never had any issues with that brand. I was just the lucky winner of 2 pens that didnt want to charge, but the shop did not let it be a total loss and I value that type of business.”
